  1. Hello,

My husband who is a USC, wants to petition his sister (who is married and with a 1 year old child). What are the forms that need to be submitted. This is what we think we should send:

    - I-130 petition form

    - $420 check

    - USC birth certificate

    - USC naturalization form

    - Sister's birth certificate

    - Sister's marriage certificate

    - Sister's son birth certificate

    Questions?

Are passports copies for all sister, her husband and baby need to included?

Is I-130 form stating that she has a child is enough to include the child in the F4 visa petition?

What about her husband?- I don't see anywhere in the I-130 form where we have to enter information about her husband

I am concern that we send the package and her husband and child would not be consider for the F4 visa.

    Please help us!

  2. Guys,

My husband submitted a petition (I-130) to bring her mother. The petition was approved and we received the NOA2 today. I am a little confused about the next steps. I am assuming that the NVC chart in this website for bringing your spouse is the same to use as reference for bringing family members. If not, could someone guide me through the process.

Thank you in advance for your help!

  3. Hello guys,

my husband is a US citizen and we want to bring our mother in law. Can someone direct me to the process we have to follow. I've been reading a lot about the forms (I-130 and the other documentation needed) and we have most of them ready to be sent. I just want to be sure we understand the full process and paperwork we need to fill out in the future so the process move fast and smoothly.

Thank you so much in advance guys!

  4. Hi guys,

we are moving to a new place and we need to change our address. What is the correct procedure to do so?- we already received our NOA and biometrics appointment. My husband called yesterday and he was told to send a letter to the Vermont center, but we thought we could change the address over the phone. Either way, we want to check with you guys and any advise on what to do.

  5. I have only found this address to file the ROC paperwork.

    USCIS Vermont Service Center

    75 Lower Welden Street
    P.O. Box 200
    St. Albans, VT 05479-0001

Is there any other address so we can use express mail or courier services like Fedex?

In the past for K-1 and AOS there were addresses for express mail. I wonder if this is not available for ROC filing.

    Thanks

  6. Hi there,

My daddy is applying for his citizenship. He is been a LPR for 16 years and he is 62. We have all the documents ready to go, but I wonder if we have to include our birth certificates or naturalization documents with his paperwork. I don't see that requirement anywhere in the checklist, but I want to make sure. We are three siblings all US citizens and over 18 years. The form just ask for the information on all his children but fails to indicate if any proof is required.

    Thanks again!
