hi vjers.my husband is a USC.we need his arrival and departure records.where can we get one?thanks

he was naturalized.but the certificate given to him is CERTIFICATE OF CITIZENSHIP.i already asked our embassy here in manila and told me that as long as the US passport is shown during the application that would be accepted for the mean time.thank GOD.

for me,why would they still ask my husbands original cert.of citizenship when he has already a u.s. passport?whats the purpose of showing them the cert.of naturalization?im now confused.

my husband lost his certificate of citezenship.now we need this asap for my daughters CRBA.how long is the process to get a replacement of it?my visa is on hold becuse of this.will the embassy accept the photocopy of his citizenship?he has a us passport anyway.thanks

my agent told me that they will no longer need the cert.of naturalization.whats important is we have the number.NOTE:he misplaced the cert.he told me also that the physical presence is not important since my husband is a us citizen.according to him the embassy will require us to go on dna testing process.if the result is positive,my child will get the CRBA.is this true?thank you

and I think it will take a year maam for him to get a new one.we can not contact the schools anymore.so what we'll we do now.im so confused.if we can not provide them more proof,what is going to happen on my visa?thank you maam.

Congrats.me too.they didnt look at the pictures probably because I answered them well.I mean tinignan pala pero sa first page pa lang ng album nag ok na yung CO.the american CO who interviewed me is the kindest.I think.hehe.

I had my interview yerterday.The Filipino pre screener was nice to me.Some are not.bakit ko nasabi?based on what I heard,bakit nila kailangang pagtaasan ng boses ang iba.hindi naman lahat nakakaintindi ng english di ba?dapat nga maging mabait sila dahil KALAHI natin sila.I noticed,hindi pare pareho ang hinihingi nilang documents.yung iba hiningan ng cenomar,while for me,they didnt.but I brought mine to be sure.Buti pa sa final interview,the CO is an american girl.Shes so nice.at the end of my interview she didnt tell me if my visa is approved or not.she just told me that all she need is my daughters crba,since she is also qualified as a u.s. citizen.they gave me a white slip with a note CHILDS CRBA and nothing else.when i asked the girl at window 71 if my visa is approve,she just answered my visa is on hold and gave me the 2go form.she instructed me to just drop my childs CRBA when it is approve and that i dont need to go back at USEM.Vjers what do you think?thank you.

hi.thank you for your reply maam.he doesnt have any property.when he was in elementary,he attended 3 schools.he only have 2007 itr.he went to u.s. on 1996.these are the following dates maam:

1996-1999 USA

sept 1999-went to philippines

2001-2005-studied in the philippines

2006-feb 2008-USA

on dec.23,2008,our child was born.

pictures are the best proof.and I think the most important.it depends to the CO what type of document he or she is going to ask.emails,phone records are also helpful.

WE ALSO HAVE A CO SPONSOR AND THEY DID NOT QUESTION IT.AS LONG AS YOUR CO SPONSOR IS QUALIFIED.

MY HUSBAND IS A USC ALREADY BEFORE OUR CHILDS BIRTH.

I had my interview yesterday at USEM.the CO didnt tell me if my visa is already approve.she just told me that they still need to see my child's CRBA.my husband is a USC.we have a daughter but she was born out of wedlock.based on the CRBA checklist,my husband needs proof of his 5 year physical presence in the US before our childs birth.my questions are:

1.can we show the CO of my husbands medical records in hawaii and his elem. class pictures?his old philippine passport was lost.we cant also get transcript from the schools he attended before because we cant contact them.

2.can my husband transmit his citizenship if we cant show them enough proof of his physical presence in the US?He is a US citizen.he was naturalized.THE CERT.OF his NATURALIZATION was lost but we have a photocopy.
