    I met my husband on september 21, 2007 in Barahona Republica Dominicana, we dated for over a year and decided to get marry in July 28, 2008 till today we are still together and just waiting for NVC to recieved civil documents so interview can be scheduled and we can finally be together..... :)

      That is so ridiculous. This is my worst nightmare. I am so sorry when I have to hear stories like these. I hope you will be able to find a solution to this and bring your husband, don't give up :-(

      i did i summited a letter yesterday that my lawyer prepared for us and took it to the embassy hoping they review it before my case is sent back to see if they can reopen my case since i was treated like if im a criminal

      i was denied on the same sections as you but when they sent me the reason of denial it was only on section 212 a5a. they are very rude...i was in window 24 but then sent to investigation and got an idiot dominican investigator....this guy was very disrespectful to me and my husband. he laughed his life away when going thru my wedding pis saying he couldnt beleive it. then mocked my way of organizing my proof but didnt look at anything and called me a "profesional" and this is the 1st ...
