Do you have USPS informed delivery account? If you do, you can see it form there on tracking and package tab that you have an incoming package.
Package with tracking number is not part of the daily informed delivery that was being sent on daily basis.
Congrats!
Thank you. I don't have USPS informed delivery account. I tried to create an account but they could not verify my information and I woun't be abble to use an account until I visit the post office in person. So I will wait for a few days.

I've heard some people seem to be able to get a tracking number by calling the USCIS call center. They don't let us know automatically though.
Thanks. I see. I will just wait for 3-4 days without asking for tracking#.

also, should you say you are only going for one visit or multiple. if you select one trip and end up going for multiple does this matter? i dont pln on going on multiple trips but just incase.
When came back to U.S. after my trip, I was sent to another room by CBP officer. I guess it is standard procedure those who have advance parole. I was sent to a room like a waiting area for those who have been stopped entry for some reason. They had me waited about 2 hours until my name was called and got my passport back. So if you have an connecting flight, I would suggest you to have plenty of time between international flight to domestic. I was at LAX. They were very busy. I ticked single trip. I am not sure ticking multiple trips will affect you even though you don't plan to make trips.

ok thank you.
do you know if there is a certain time limit of how long you can go back for?
how long did yours take to come and did you travel using this? sorry for all the questions
I don't know there is a time limit. But if you go back for a very long time, you maybe asked questions at CBP or by immigration officer.
My card arrived in about 3 and half months and I went back to my home country for about 40 days.

Hello,
When I filled out the form, I was planning to go back to my home country but was not sure when. So I just put the date of a few months away from the date of filing and filled length box with 120 (days). In cover letter, I explained that" I may not travel on exact date and may not even need 120 days but due to my father being unstable, I am not sure how may days I may stay." Card was issued with no questions asked. So I am sure you can just enter tentative date for now.

Hi.
I am a June 2016 filer. USCIS Customer Service really wouldn't get me an exact answer about my case status.
I asked for congressman's assistance. Congressman's Office staff replied back to me with my status which was more clearer than
customer service staff's quote. I recommend to ask for your local congressman's assitance too. Congressman
seems to have ways to contact USCIS directly bypassing customer service representative. My case moved quickly
after having contacted congressman.

One question: did your online status update when USCIS received your RFE packet?
My RFE packet was delivered to USCIS on November 24. I don't know how I can make sure they received it.
I don't think USCIS updates for receiving RFE packet. Did you send packet with delivery confirmation or signature confirmation?
I sent with delivery confirmation only and worried too but I recieved an update saying they are producing my card. I am sure
your case will be fine too. Hope you'll hear an update too.

How long did it take you to get the RFE after contacting the congressman? I have not utilized the assistance from the congressman. This time if it take longer than 2 months, I might do so.
I sent Privacy Release form to congressman's office on October 30th. The RFE letter was dated same day and mailed to me on November 4th. Congressman's office forwarded me the email received from UCSIC to Congressman's office also on Nov 3rd.
Hope your case will be moving soon!

I heard that it would regularly take 1.5 to 2 months, sometimes longer. I am waiting for my case to hit one month long to send the service request. I just want to make sure that they got my package because I knew a situation in which the USCIS did not receive the package and requested the applicant to resend.
Have you contacted your area's congressman? I plan to do so at the end of November. My case finally moved after I asked for congressman's help for the first time. (received RFE). I wish USCIS notify us when they recieved documents for RFE.

Ok. Thanks for the info. I know website said it will take 5-10 days. I requested our copies 3 days ago and one from different year yesterday. Hope to receive soon.
We sent out our documents to support RFE on Monday, Nov 13 by priority mail. Tracking system says it arrived at destination (zip code 92607) at 11am today (Nov 15th). Does anyone have any idea how long it will take to be processed?
I mean, PO Box for RFE docs to be sent is different from normal process. I am assuming USCIS will give priority to RFE cases. I am thinking about giving USCIS 2 weeks and them trying to ask for our congressman's assitance to contact USCIS to check the status of our case.

I am counting on reply from Dept of Justice regarding USPS not accepting conditional GC holders but
they accept applications from GC holders.
And I-9's right for us to work with any type of document.
Yesterday, someone from Dept of Justice called me. Even though I-9 says employers should not to ask for specific document, there are exceptions to certain type of jobs such as goverment jobs. So USPS can request 10 year GCs. I asked her if those explanations of exeptions can be added to I-9 but she said there are too many exceptions and if those are added to the form, form will be too long . Before I received a call from Dept of Justice, I have already withdrawn from all of positions at USPS I applied so that I and USPS won't waste times. I would have been rejected at the time of background check anyways.

Hi All,
If IRS makes ammendments to the tax returns we filed, would they normally notify us?
One of the documents requested by UCSIS for RFE was " The 2015 jointly filed income tax return is not supported by evidence to corroborate the
information reported". We sent a copy of tax return which was hand written one as we filed ourselves. We didn't have a printer at that time
so we wrote into another form and kept it in our folder. It should have been exactly the same as what we sent to IRS but
later found out we forgot to fill the date we filed. So could that be an issue USCIS is talking about?
I requested IRS for "tax return" to be sent, but now I am thinking I should have asked for " Account Transcript".
We have no idea why other than date not filled.

Which bank are you using? Because for Citibank, Chase bank, Bank of America, they do show names of the account holders on online banking statements, you can download the statements backtrack up to 12 months. I've just started doing my ROC and collating the bank statements, got no problem with having names on the online banking statements.
I believe you're going to the wrong options, instead of looking at the main page, there is an option tab where u can download them and view, those are full bank statements online.
Glad that you managed to print them anyway! Good luck!
You can download tax transcripts online, its free. I just got mine.
Our bank is A+ Credit Union. You are with good bank Computer screen shows main account holder on right hand corner, no other added names are shown. Printed version does not show name at all. For checking account activities which I was able to obtain from online banking, bank printed out first page of the statements that show names of account holder and saving account activities for each month free. Currently IRS website to obtain transcrips is under maintenance, at least since last Saturday and still down. I requested to be mailed on this past Sunday. Hopefully they will arrive by end of next week.
Good luck to you too! Thank you.

Good that you got the bank statements----don't forget to send in the original RFE letter with them too when mailing to USCIS, and get tracking on the envelope for your own peace of mind.
Ty. Am I sending with original letter? Not the copy? On the bottom of letter, it says "Save this notice. Please enclose a copy of it if
you write to us about this case, or if you file another application based on this decision. Our address is...."
I was talking to my husband about thickness of the documents being prepared. I was telling him we are going to have to send in a box, not in the envelope. Still wating for tax transcrips to arrive and a couple more of affidavid from our family members to boost up. I got you about getting a tracking#. I am thinking about insuring the parcel too.

I think you're being confused because you kind of missing the point on the quote "JOINT" and to show co-mingling of funds. These can also mean both of you helping each other paying bills, gifting presents on anniversaries etc. Anything that's related to your relationship will help.
I'm not working either which I initially was concerned and so worried about, that it will affect my ROC, will be doing my ROC real soon in Dec and my husband is also paying for all bills too. However, other than joint accounts, I will be printing out all via online banking including my personal savings which only has my name but it also shows that I have been contributing such as in circumstances like buying gifts for him, emergency use, etc.
For your information, regarding printing out bank statements with the bank, I recently closed one of my joint accounts months ago, and realized later that I made a HUGE mistake of not saving soft copies and printing them out before closing. Made a trip to the bank, had a few issues as they will charge a certain fees for requesting statements to be printed anything backtrack 12 months. Luckily I had statements before 12 months because of Adjustment of Status. As what you've mentioned 46 months? (Try to get them from your old adjustment of status files) I hope you will have your online account to track it back or you did not close the account as long as you're still a customer, they will most likely do it for free. I NEGOTIATED, YOU CAN TOO. You can also request online to send the statements to you, but there's charges.
Hope this helps.
I now see the purpose of presenting bank statements, not just names on accounts but USCIS wants to see interactions between us. We never submited bank statements in AOS. I was able to obtain online statement going back to July 2016 until now for mine and husband's account. But rest of the statements had to be printed at the bank. They couldn't do it for free. Luckily, first page of statatements for online banking (as online banking statements do not show names of account holder), I explained to the bank that names have to be shown on the statements and they printed for free.

If it helps, we originally just provided the first page of our most recent statement, and it was part of what we got an RFE for. They want to see that the account has been in both your names and used for the duration of your marriage. I had the same conundrum as to if I should print everything from the history or not. In the end I just did 2 statements from each year, I think June and December and when we got to this year I think I did March and the most recently available one. They were apparently satisfied with that as our petition to remove conditions was approved.
I went ahead and have bank printed statements from the month we got married for my husband's account/when my account was created for my account until June 2016. And printed online checking account statements from July 2016 until October 2017 at home. Online statements don't show names and saving account activities, so asked bank to print out first pages only for those months so that names of account holder and saving account activities can be confirmed. It may have been ok with not printing all for recent months, but I didn't want to take a risk. Our names weren't added to each other's account until 16 months later as we never thought about it until my in-laws told me that just incase anything happen to my husband or me, court will cease the asset.

I am researching how my fiance once in the state will get an I-94. I am trying to figure out how she can get a drivers license ASAP when she is here so I do not have to driver her everywhere and an I-94 is needed by FL.
I-94 only last 90 days, I think.
After that you'll have to have work authorization card and SSN in order to be able to obtain driver's license.
but you will only get 1 year (license expires when work authorization card expres).
I am talking about Texas. So Florida may have different rule??
