It is important that the birthdate is correct. If they issue the visa with a wrong birthdate, he has to report it and they will as him to send back the visa and get a new one, which will delay his case. I think it would be wise of you to re-send the form with the correct data.

Yeah, he should receive a response today to see what he can do about it..HOPEFULLY he can quickly fix it, as it's only on one page!

UPDATE : it was just a page, so he was able to reprint it out with the correct date! Whew! Every other page was right it was just one :/

No, i didn't get any papers. I suppose my lawyer did though, he was the one who made the appointment the same day they recieved the NVC case number.

They just wanted proof that we've met. Which is compelte bull considering we went to the same school for 3/4 years of high school and lived less than 8 blocks away..I just had to send in pictures, our transcripts, and a few affadavits from my friends.
