Yeah, maybe. I can see there is a huge gap in information between what happened when Kate didn't want to hold Aaron and her obviously close relationship with him now. But, if she did "adopt" him from Claire why is she speaking at him like he is her son? I mean, obviously if she adopted him she is his mother now but something still seemed closer in their relationship than an adoptive one.

Although, her lawyer kept bringing her "son" up as an attestation to her good character - so if she did adopt Aaron from a "dying" Claire, that would make her look like a good person, right?

I was a little disappointed in Atonement (after all, saying it is as romantic as Titanic is a high bar to set ) but chalk that up mostly to the old ladies who brought their own food wrapped in loud plastic and contained in plastic bags (aka, they made a lot of noise) and the fact that I hadn't yet finished the book so wouldn't have been as invested in the story.

Yeah but why doesn't he want to see the baby? I can completely understand if he wouldn't want to see a baby that came from Kate and Sawyer (which is why I thought it must be Sawyers - darn Lost and their trickery!) but it seems like he would want to see his own child.

Oh, and if it is Sawyer's child and he isn't one of the Oceanic 6, wouldn't people wonder how Kate got pregnant and who the father is? Even if it is Jack's child they would have surely mentioned the fact that they had a baby together while he was on the stand.

HOWEVER, we were suppose to find out another Oceanic 6 survivor in that episode and Aaron is the only survivor mentioned....so the show promotion lied then. Another theory is that it's not Claire's Aaron, but that Kate IS pregnant. hmmmm

I thought about that but it seems strange for her to name her son Aaron....unless she got really attached to Claire's Aaron at some point in time which we haven't seen yet and he dies and she did it in remembrance of him? I'm totally grasping straws here. I thought the whole thing with her not wanting to hold Aaron when Claire asked her to was a bit strange.

It would make sense if she was pregnant though - I'm sure she would be really afraid to tell Sawyer and perhaps not even want him involved if she really was pregnant with his child. Sawyer already has a child he never sees (although, does Kate know about that?)

This is getting totally weird! At least we know now that their story to the world is that 8 survived the crash and 2 died afterwards. thus leaving 6 to be rescued.

According to the Nurse attending, the patient's girlfriend found

the ring in his pants pocket and she got so mad at him

He was with his girlfriend at the time who did not know that he was married. At least, that is what I understood the story to mean.

Although, most hoohoo's, in their normal state (I mean the unexcited normal state That might not be normal for some of you!) would be smushy enough to maybe allow a ring with enough vaseline. Let's just hope he doesn't get excited when the ring is on Ouch!

The way my family makes a pot roast is to put it in a crock pot (after searing the sides) with a bunch of cut up potatoes and carrots and whatever other veggies you like (onions, celery) and then fill it to the top with water as well as a pack of dry french onion soup mix.

Just noticed that recipe is a lot like the all recipes one - I know I love my parents pot roast so I'm sure that recipe will taste delicious!

Just once, I'd like to feel an earthquake.

It's creepy as heck. I felt one (very small) a few years ago and it felt like the ground underneath me had just rippled. My first thought was a bomb had gone off.

Sometimes having clawed kitties means you can't have nice furniture/decorations! You'd think someone would have made pretty, comfortable, cat proof furniture by now....

Could you lock her up in a room at night? Our cat is a really big nuisance at night (knocking stuff over - shes a maine #######, messing with blinds, jumping up and down on the bed, meowing, etc) so she has her own little bedroom she sleeps in now so Mommy and Daddy can get sleep!
