I did but when I couldn't take it anymore I called week after I got it they won't tell u anything but you don't care you just want them to know it's pass 60 days .

Hi guys remember 60 days can actually mean 90 as in my case at least in my case I was less than a week away from 90 days when I got approved.

Oh hon my heart aches for you I would end up in the nut house if that was me you are very strong my friend I pray you get some news pretty soon.

Talk about mistake I have a family member that receive RFE for affidavit of support last week she hasn't respond yet and last night she received interview date and she hasn't responded to her RFE as yet so there you go any way I wish you the best my friend keep us posted again have faith !!!!!!

Hi everyone I went well its finally over the io was very friendly the whole interview last 5mins the attorney say we might have to wait 2hours but no 10 mins that was a surprise I spent less than 20 mins in the building...anywway all I was ask is to verify my address and my full name and a few of the yes and no questions she didn't stamp the pp bcas its not in the system she took the ead cards and we should get the cards in about 10 days and if I have to travel I should come and get the pp stamped.......she wrote date type of visa and her name in the pp...... so that's it I'm now waiting for my gc in the mail........

That's my opinion you realize that sometimes they RFE you for evidence that you already submitted .I had to write a letter to point out a few things to them ..,Sometimes their case load might be so heavy they have no time to look through you case thoroughly .....

Look if they didn't ask you to prove abuse and it was just good faith marriage that's a plus furthermore I see a lot of good faith in your evidence sometimes I swear they send RFE to buy some time....

Showing payments of furniture and domestic bonds

- Copy of letter from my old apartments (both names)

- Copies of cashed check ( both names)but signed by me

• Evidence of Share Residence.

- Copy of apartment lease contract (both names and both signatures)

- Copy of lease contract amendment (both names and signed by me)

• My personal statement briefly.

• Affidavits from Friends.

- Copy of letter from friend 1

- Copy of letter from friend 2

• Evidence of relationship/marriage.

- Copies of emails from my spouse

Showing proof and or state of our relationship in all levels (emotional, financial) including “honey Do” lists and others.
