Loveme my case was approved Dec 9 and by Jan 4 I was schedule for interview on Feb 8 I'm also wondering what's going on because I do check in on you guys to see what's going on . So it's a month after approval that I got my interview letter good luck all. And don't pay those dates any attention it will drive you up the wall. Best of luck everyone .

A quick note to those waiting on approvals please dont waste you time and energy looking at their processing time it will drive you crazy it's just one more misery to add to your life it never goes according to those dates. Telling you from experience . Good luck to all.

Dont think for a moment that you are bothering anyone. We are all here for each other in one form or another ok. Good as for ead you file for that when you do i485 you can't get it without filing i485 next thing I'm not sure what category it comes under when you have a pending VAWA . To any that's thinking about filing I know it's a risk but please file

File I485,i765,i360 together it saves you a lot of time . Risk risk risk and pray about it good luck.

Thanks for the info but as in my case and many other applicants of VAWA here we did filed for EAD b4 our VAWA was approved I know it's a risk but sometimes you have to take risk.

Dee007 a New Code ©(31), has been provided for work authorization for the beneficiary of an approved VAWA self-petition.

No he wasn't but he had to go in front of the judge to AOS the said I'm tired of seeing this man in front of me and that was it .

Yes I know some one that the judge did it for the gave him an unconditional GC right there he got the stamp in his pp and green card about a week after.

Remember when you file i485 you also file i765 good luck.

You get the EAD once you file i485 even if your VAWA is still pending .

hi all, and thanks for sharing so many vital life experiences on here. don't know if this means much but i have just checked processing time on i 360 and it's back to being 5 months,.. which is really cool, if they respect that.. that means approvals coming for those still in the wating room,.. good luck all and stay positive.

btw i have a question,.. there is a say by my friends attorney that he can obtain ead while his vawa case is still pending. under eligibility code c 31. is anyone familiar to that?

To had to that mine took 14 months just be patient .

As a VAWA applicant my self I will tell you to go to the interview and let the op knows that you are in the process if filing VAWA .

Con grats now it's time to celebrate .

That's it my DL and now I have to update my status with social security . I want that (for work authorization only remove Caz my sister had it on hers and when she applied for a job in KY they wanted work authorization and she is a green card holder so I'm not taking any chances.

Oh girl you have no idea how I hated to see it on there one more stop social security .

I went to my local DMV to remove the temp visitor from my DL and boy it fell good when the lady said no more temp visitor .

All you need to travel out of state is a government issued ID in your case passport is fine.I also used my passport to travel out of state.

Hi hon 9 months we all wish it was that fast mine took 14 months to be approved and then another two to rap up the AOS so a total of 16 months I know the wait is hard we've all been there. Be strong.
