Got a RFE after such a long wait.. My case has fallen out side the normal processing times, I sent a email to the lawyer state I was filing a Greivence now she's inquiring on our behave, Then a letter comes wanting more evidence.. At least I am getting some movement so I guess I should be happy..Weve been waiting a year since I filed.. It's madness

Well I was entering the wrong number a finger slip.. 10 months case still in intial review this is such bad news I don't even know how to tell my hubby of my mistake.. This is heartbreaking I transposed some numbers.. It's really sad how long they make you wait to get your love one home.. I will keep the faith he will soon be with me.

ALL PRAISE TO JAH!!!! I130 APPROVED!!!!!! filed 8/4/11 yesterday I check USCIS and it was still in intial review showing no touches since 8/11/11..Finially I can see it's getting closer been 61/2 months waiting to see some kind of progress..We must stay thankful and not doubtful..Speak it into existance I know my husbands is always speaking negative words because of the delay and waiting but I refused too Faith and Praising God for those things unse...

106 days since NOA1..status still in inital review I need some good news soon this waiting is so very hard!!

Sad to say but not sure...I just know I did a I-130, D230, 864, provided everything immigration lawyer requested.. Could be the 1R/CR1 I am so confused about this process it's so much.. Gezz

This is new to me I have question I went thru a immigration lawyer the NOA1 was recieved on 8/9/11 what's the wait like for the NOA2 or to see some kind of movement thru this process..
