We need to start a List for VSC to give some sort of time line as to when some approvals might be on the way.

Man u guys from June and July still waiting got me kind of concerned because I got my NOA1 in mid August. Hopefully I will be lucky and get NOA2 early!!

VCS do something for me.................108 days since NOA1 and hoping to get lucky with an early Christmas gift!!!!!!!!!!

Igor's list is only for CSC. Someone needs to make a list for VSC!!!!!!!!!

Well I am an August filer so I guess I have a little more time to wait.............Currently at 105 Days and counting.

Ah, seems like VSC is making progress now!!!!!!!

Like said above the change on the USCIS website gives hope if nothing else. Shows that some type of progress is made!!!! Beats nothing for sure!!!!

Do tell when you get it cause you filed around the same time that I did. Hopefully someone who filed in that timeframe will be getting something in the near future like next couple of months.

My fiance just received her visa in the mail after a slight delay with a police certificate at the interview in Chennai, India.

Lots of hard work all paid off toady.Very happy & relieved.Now we can make wedding plans in the U.S....Great ...there goes my money...Just kidding

I will post details shortly about her interview, the process, difficulties etc.

We used a lawyer in the U.S ...I recommend it , real peace of mind in case...Someone to fall back on.

Time to bring out the JD and celebrate this small victory, next will be entry, & Aos....all things in stride.

So far nothing new on my case today when I checked the USCIS site. Will check later this afternoon. Someone posted on one of the forums of receiving two NOA2s so we need to figure out who it the lucky owner of the second one!!!!!!!

Congrats!!!!!! I counted a little over 4 1/2 months from your NOA1 to NOA2. Will see how my time stacks up.

Depends on when you filed your visa and the case load ahead of it. Check the USCIS website for information on K3 Visas. The average wait on a K1 Visa is generally over 5 months. Any bump in the road such as something filled out incorrectly adds time to the process. Provide some information about when you filled your case and so for then people here will be able to advise you.
