Interview scheduled today!

Hallelujah thank you Jesus. Case Recieved 7/31/2012. They just had to get it in for July. Phew I told that man I wanted to kiss him he made my day. Told me give them a few days (he didn;'t say 20 days) to get case number in system. Ya'll this girl is one happy 9ja wife for reals. My husband said today, "Baby lets pray about it". Thank you Jesus.

You're confused I am confused also. See its like this. USCIS shows my case transferred out to NVC July 10th. However that doesn't mean it left the building. Well my case is either still waiting at CSC or got to NVC waiting for somebody to plz log it in. Day 33. Unbelievable to me. Optimism has left me. All I have is my mustard seed of faith and hope.

Dear VJ,do you know the different between k3 and IR-1/CR-1 Visa because some,i read on some immigration attorney says since 2000 uscis has changed all k3 visa same as IR-1/CR-1 Visa...is it true that they are now the same?

Hi Vj people can anyone share some experience,I learnt lagos is one of the most though embassy in the world and they denial visa without even ask beneficiary question and i know i have to answer correctly all question that will be ask but My wife is an officer at the prison for 12 years rill date and she is still in service,she works for the government?Do you think this will help us by getting my k3 visa on the day of the interview because she works for the government?

Got the case sent off on Thursday. It is there and now...we wait again and pray for CASE Complete! Come on NVC, rev up those engines, I want to go home and see my husband!

Interview Result: Administrative Review / AP... Interview was very brief and all good, Praise be to God. We're positive and hopeful. Kept my passport and when I asked if they needed anything more from us, she quickly said, "No, no, you've already sent us everything." Detailed review to come later! If any of you know of someone who's been through a brief AP, especially a girl beneficiary, please let me know. Thanks!!

Hallelujah our journey is over my husband was granted his visa . I will be posting a full review when I get home. Thank you all for your prayers.

Lord my husband is a true comedian. I'm opening up the mail and he asked me what it was so I told him a bill. He asked which bill and I said "credit card, the one I used to get you here." Oh this is so not cool. I pay my phone bill and its off now. How the HELL am I to call NVC now. Oh my Cell phone guy is getting an earfull for reals. Why don't NVC have a toll free line. Ughhhhh. You know what NVC don't recieve my case take your time I don't care. I been approved to take 3 weeks vacation whenever my husbands interview is. So I am one happy Naija wife right now. Ain't got no troubles in my life. Ain't got no worries to keep me down . ;-)
