Middle of the night here in Poland... I was chatting with my hubby and telling him I was sad we didn't get transferred tonight. Before going back to sleep I decided to check our status again and OMG WE GOT TRANSFERRED!!!!

So so happy now!

Wow! That is wonderful! I've been secretly following you on here. Lol and I'm a Sept filer but I just wanted to say congrats. I swear all these Aug approvals make me all fuzzy inside. Ok I'll go back to my lane... God willing USCIS won't slow down and keep it coming into Sept!!!

Just to confirm I sent a DVD of our wedding as well and they returned it as "inadmissable evidence". I knew in advance, just thought i'd give it a shot and I figure at least they have on it on record that it was submitted... But to answer your question, no they won't accept it it'll either get returned or they may toss it.

I filed both... Recv'd NOA1 for both, figured might as well we have nothing but time. The more the merrier if I could file the I130 a million times to get it any kind of attention I would. Lol!!!

Is it required to submit his passport pic again? From what I understand when filing the 129F during the I130 process you just need to send a copy of your NOA1 from the 130, they'll match the files and continue processing. I think they also need your marriage cert (copy). I don't think you need to resubmit all the other stuff again... Correct me if I'm wrong I plan on going that route as well.

Just wanting to confirm, I've already received our NOA1 for I130. In submitting the I129F aside from the petition itself I'm including a copies of NOA1, birth and marriage certificate. Is there anything else that should be included? I've read and reread and reread the instructions. Just making sure there isn't anything else I need to submit...

I'm on this September train, filed 09/13 and received our NOA1 on 09/17 (my dads bday). Praying God is showing us a sign with that relevant date. Let's keep this train rolling, I know it's a long journey and I'm ready for the ride

Thanks JeffinMX! I don't know how I got so lucky! I really don't. I'm super grateful for whatever stars have aligned though...because we have a 3 year old son here and my hubby is in Europe...so the sooner I can have him here, the better. I hope everyones case goes super fast! Hopefully this is an omen for us all!!!! Now, hopefully USCIS moves this into their system quickly...that's my next step. And then to get it over to Amsterdam!

You will have to reapply. You shouldn't have any problems getting a multi-entry visa, but they are only valid for one year and are twice the cost. So, unless you plan more than one trip in a year it may not be worth it.

Guess that's changed since the last time I got a Visitor Visa for Nigeria! It's been a few years though, as I have a Nigerwife Residency Visa now. Happy Travels! I just had to reschedule my trip for tomorrow as the strikes are wrecking havoc with the international flights, etc. I'm going to try again for early February.

Omgosh! Yes I've heard about the strikes. We just have to keep them in our prayers. My honey was mentioning to me the govt has made threats to cut off their communication. No incoming or outgoing calls. What more could they possible do to them. So horrible!!! Everybody please please please we gotta pray this ends peacefully and soon! Safe travels to you as well! I'm planning for february also in hopes my NOA2 arrives timely...

Hey my fellow 9ja VJers!

I have my tourist visa (valid for 3 months), single entry. It recently expired, wondering if it can be renewed... I've searched a lil on the consulate/embassy site and haven't quite got the answer. Has anyone done this? If so, please advise. Or will I need to simply reapply? I know there are certain conditions for a multi-entry tourist visa, i dont think i qualify. Thanks in advance...
