My heart goes out to you! This is not the end but the start of you wonderful life. In this life we are living we meet different type of character and in your case, that character was not going to stop at nothing to get to the states for his own benefits. Although there were many signs that u saw, it is to late to put any blame on yourself. I pray that you find the strength to forgive him and move on and let karma catch up with him. I am glad u did not have any kids with him .Take good care of yourself and heal from all the pain you might be going through. I am a true believer of woman power. THE BEST IS YET TO COME!

I feel the pain .I have been going thru the same issues with my love but we will pull it thru and all will be well. The distance is not an easy thing to deal with.Good luck and hang in.

AWWWW AM SOOO SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS.

I filed for K1 in June 2012...
I knew, and I accepted the fact that it would be a long ride....
So I just waited... My fiancé' and I skyped several times a week, we sent text massages daily.. and we just waited... Of course I was upset at the 5 month mark.. we all are... but we just waited.. and we prepared our documents for the next step, and we spoke of our dreams for the future.... and in December we rec'd NOA2.... the prepared for our interview in Moscow in March.. and all went well..!!!
So please, relax... it will all be done... prepare your documents, work on your relationships....
dreams to not come true overnight.. sometimes it takes 6 months, sometimes 12 months....
make your time productive... I painted bedrooms, cleaned the house, did some gardening....
and all will be fine...
JUST WHAT I NEEDED ENCOURAGEMENT...I LOST MY JOB YESTERDAY AND I WAS DEPENDING ON THAT TO SHOW AS PROOF BUT WILL WORK ON CLOSETS AND ALL THE OTHER STUFF...

According to the graph on Igor's List, there's slightly more approved for December than for September even. Maybe they lost those earlier ones in the flood.
lol ur comment is very encouraging....Maybe they lost those earlier ones in the flood.

Today my fiancé's I-601 waiver was finally APPROVED! After three years of separation and one denied waiver later, we are FINALLY APPROVED!! Our waiver was received at the lockbox on November 8, 2012, and approved approximately 4.5 months later. It's hard to believe that he will actually be coming home now. But he will be and we can finally start our lives together!! (o:
AWWWW NICE GLAD U WERE APPROVED

Hey Everyone!
I am fairly new to this forum. I recently submitted my I-129F with my Peruvian Fiancé and received my NOA1 in Feb 21, 2013 and from what I have read, will not be expecting anything else from the VSC for about 6 months. I was wondering if there are any veterans out there who might have suggestions or ideas on how they best passed their time while playing the waiting game
I have been trying to read up on the forums about all of the RFEs and stories from other applicants to stay informed, but in a way this also makes me nervous and I feel as though I may be stressing myself out over details that I cannot control.
I am a big planner and would love to just plan out everything that Wilmer and I will do when we get back to the States together, but I am almost afraid to be planing too much assuming that he will be back home with me for the holidays, as I already had a disappointment hoping we would be back in August for my family reunion. I don't want to build myself up for disappointment.
I guess basically, I think it would be nice to hear back from someone who has been through the process and what did they do to try not to drive themselves crazy.
Is there anything important that we should do with our case while we are waiting for a possible RFE/ NOA2?
What are other suggestions that you might have done to pass the time without building up the expectations for specific dates and events.
Thanks for your thoughts
Sabrina and Wilmer

OMG!!!!!!!! Why my husband decides to admit during the medical to smoking weed 4 years ago is a mystery to me.. I coached him forever and urged him not to ever tell that but he did... After all this waiting he does a dumb thing like that... So will we be denied help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so devastated a mind is a terrible thing to waste... Why does he not use his mind...that's only common sense.. so depressed now

Awwwww sorry abt that all will be well and everything happens for a reason i hope the person who did the test is fair enough not to hold that against him this process is hard and very tiring but God gets us thru hold old to ur faith all will be ok.
