      First go back to "Home", next to it is the " Forums" click this...then you can see the Family & Marriage Based US Immigration Discussion where you can see the IR–1/CR–1 Spouse Visa Procedures, click on this where you can see lots of topics posted...look to the right side opposite to the first post where it says STUPID RFE THREAD, you will see a Start a New Topic highlighted in blue color
