Is it true that I will ave to wait another 6 months at uscis for my case to get approve? All those times where not counted from filing? Puzzled?

Sammie am in the same boat as u I file august too but I won't upgrade til january 20.. I'm wondering if it will be a problem bcuz january would make my 5 months fo approval n my case hasnt been touched..but I think I will ask fo the service request n c what happen

Ok.. am sorry to hear...maybe u peopz r next in line now for interview, my husband said over 200 people went for interview yesterday, I pray u guyz will be next but during that time just be prepared with the questionz n documents cuz those people want to know evrything smh

Well here is the experience nd its for my husband lol his interview lasted 45 minutes by a white lady, said he got two questionz wrong lol. But he got the other 6 behind so she stopped him! Told him evrything was great but she see where he is paying irs sum money n she need the proof, n she asked him about his travelling why so much,he told her y,n she said he needs to fill out this form with the time he left the states,ow long he stayed n where n bring it bck to them..so he is doing that this week! She said evrything was ok u passed the test n evrything but we need those document to make a decision!

No if u marry her u can petition for her to come to the states but it will just take longer than if u were a citizen
