I upgraded the 23 of this jan nd my husband just called n did the upgrade he ask if the wanted the certificate n they said no they jus took a number off the certificate n say he will receive something in the mail in 15 dayz so am not sure if its our noa2 or what it is but I will keep u posted..n I hope u all upgrade soon too..this waiting aint nice at all..I wonder ow people manage in prison

Yes u have to pay for their visas separate too.. N their medicalz n aos fee 88 dollaz plus their tickets to cum there..n u said wen it gets to vsc u don't ave to pay anything more there from that 840 dollaz fo file
