You will see another post from the OP in few months oh we were planning to return but had change in situation as kid could not get passport on time and could not fly back….she had to file for AOS.
Post like this should be pinned to the board so when other ppl come asking why their visa are getting rejected…. Here is the reason why the visa / entry are rejected.
Maybe under a different username though...

I'll wager that individually or in a combination, alcohol, Meth, crack, sham, were involved.
I'm 100% sure that you are right about that.

Womb... It's about a woman who impregnates herself with her dead lover's clone... pretty interesting although slow-paced

I don't think there is any hidden meaning but I am sorry that your fiance and his mom lost something so valuable to them.

Wishing you a smooth and speedy journey!

I'm happy that he came to his senses because it was crystal clear that you want more than anything for your marriage to work. I wish you all the best!

Wow. You're very lucky!

Yes there is a strong possibility that you will be taken to secondary inspection/ screening and/or denied outright. You should be prepared to show insurance covering your trip as well as funds that will pay for the costs of the medical care you would receive.
Belinda63's post is right on the money. If you are admitted it would be almost impossible for you to avoid overstaying since newborn babies have to be cleared by a doctor before travelling on a plane, the baby's passport would have to be applied for etc. These considerations don't even take into account possible complications that may arise during the last month of pregnancy or after delivery.
Based on the phrasing of your question though it seems that regardless of the advice you're given here on VJ you will attempt to have your baby in the US.

I'm so happy for you. You've made the first major steps in the right direction by moving out and considering the divorce option. Don't let minor hiccups (like losing your military ID) get you down. It will get better from here on out. I wish you all the best.

We sent 6 but I also know someone who sent only 2 and she did not get an RFE. (She didn't apply for AP though)

Wow! Definitely didn't know that the infant mortality rate was high in the US.

I hope the intruder learnt his lesson...

You're filling out the application on behalf of your son so the answer would be 'NO' since noone has filed for him up until this point.
