btw, sabi sa timeline mo k3 visa ka daw. :-) mukhang iba nga yung sayo at di ka IR1/CR1 kasi magkaiba tayo ng timeline. walang I-129 ang IR1/CR1.. :-)

tingin ko magkaiba yung procedure natin sa NVC. pero habang naghihintay tayo masusuggest ko alng na ihanda mo na ang mga documents na kailangan para sa NVC at interview. :-)

Fede&Kendra, yours should come sooner than ours coz the backlog is on IR1/CR1 cases. Hoping for your NOA2 to come soon! I've seen a lot of August K1 approvals already. Can't wait for your NOA2 status here. :-) Enjoy your vacation with your love. :-)

Thanks for the update TroyandCecilia. I dont know what could be the reason for that but I hope they'd try to improve on that in the coming months. I've also observed that K1 filers (whether csc, vsc or tsc) are approved easily than IR1. There are a lot of August 2011 k1 filers getting approved lately and only a few IR1.
