LAGOSLOVE got a reaction from Dana and Divine in Nigerian CO's Racists?
Ladybug, I have to say this... Most folks (regardless of race) who get turned down have a story.... their own story. It could range from anything such as lack of proof, pictures, story didn't sound real, the interviewer is ignorant. Your story is your own. I see plenty of mixed race couples here who get approved.. IE Jill and Ben he's now home and they are crazy happy. Make this interview your own. Prep him the best you can and don't stop praying or give up. Remember this is your time and your lives. Don't let the stories of others dictated your ending... because yours is a happy one :")

LAGOSLOVE got a reaction from Almost done in Plane crash in Nigeria
God be with the families of lost love ones. Dana Airlines knew that plane was not fit for travel but greed, non cosideration for human life seem to be number one. I pray for peace and maybe just maybe this will force the airlines to do a better job at inspecting planes and not endangering the lives of others for the sake of money.

I commented on your hm page because I'm in total understanding about age and childbearing. So I spoke to my husband younger than me about the roll of a wife in an African Family. My husband said this and reminded me of my own. African families thrive on expanding the family meaning that having children is important to the Traditional African Family.. Be it Nigeria or Ghana. The good news is that most of the younger generation will love a woman regardless of being able to have a baby. NOW UNDERSTAND THIS... His family expect children and will probably pressure him. What the CO is looking at the TRADITIONAL AFRICAN FAMILY NOT THE WAY AMERICAN FAMILIES ARE. Traditional African families don't divorce, the women have their places and men play thier rolls. Has his family accepted that you are not going to bring children into the family to pass on the name? The Co also is looking at the fact that so in so many countries and in so many cases men do capitalize on older/ younger women (NOT JUST WHITE WOMEN... BLACK,HISPANIC....ALL WOMEN) our emotions to make way into the United States. Please, I am not saying this is your very own case because I believe that love has no boundaries. I know that you love your husband and that you know best about your relationship I'm saying Get your case together and present it better and stronger. My questions is what exactly was he asked in that interview????? How did he respond???? I'm sorry this happened.

I have to say that Prayer Works. What God has for you no man can take or break! I don' t do negativity..at all. Lagos like every other consulate is set up to give visa's or not to give visa's. What I hate about this process is the fact that mere humans sit in judgement of others. But.. according to what they say it's to weed out the scammers...okay right. I could say that the officer that interviews you could be having a bad day and ask questions that don't have anything to do with being married at all or decide that you don't look good together and deny you. Who's to say what the reason maybe that you'd get a RFE.. I got one.. yep sure did. I'd sent them a birth certificate they sent a request for a new one.. I sent it and that was that. Who's to say why you would be in AP.. surely not because you have not prayed about it. Or that you didn't belive that God would see you throught the process. There are forces in this life that we will never understand and it hurts when things go wrong. It's our ability to keep going .. our ability to keep the Faith.. our abilty to keep praying, keeping God first and our ability to stand hand in hand with one another when things do go wrong. To encourage eachother, to allow eachother to vent and to push eachother passed the breaking poing. This process has to be continuously prayed over and over. Yes we all have experienced the crazyness of USCIS and NVC. Yes marriages have been bonafide and real yet doubted for more proof. Is it fair.. NO!!!!! Blame the ones that have married for criminal reasons..like getting money. They have made it hard for all of us that are doing this for love. I pray for everyone still trying to get the Visa they deserve and for thoes that are going through the storm... I'm praying for you as well. As for the person who posted this...keep praying don't don't let anyone or the process discourage you. There is always HOPE!
