  3. Hi all,

The visa bulletin for may 2014 they were working on september 8th 2013 and for may 2014 they went back to 1st may 2012. It doesn't make sense?????????!!!!!!

There is no sense how things work in Cis the proof i'm Feb 2013 and still waiting on Noa2 .So dont think a lot because you cant explain what is going on over there. :protest: :protest: :protest: :protest:

  4. This is utter BS that they are feeding you. Don't be quiet about it - fax and email USCIS every single day demanding immediate action. It is the only way that you are going to get approved. Look up the FOIA document that was on VJ a little while back and get the head honcho names from that and their fax numbers. You will need to make noise or they are just going to keep prolonging this. Make sure that you state that you have involved your congress/senate.

@ Collie we already involved our Congressman and They send sent us this :

    ***********,

Shortly after we hung up the Nebraska Service Center called me, they noted that the case was moving forward and it was assigned for additional background checks on May 6th. They have asked that I submit another congressional inquiry in 30 days as there is no set time frame of completion of background checks.

    Thank you,

@ Tingting1990 : Ty so much for the reply Just read your message we will try do it online ,Hope it will be good news and they can do soemthing about our case .

  7. Maybe you are right, even though I am not sure what they could be. And hopefully everyone that responds, will be kind and helpful and no one will be mean and snarky ( I have seen people get torn down here). Because just like everyone else on this forum, we just want to live in the same country, and again just like everyone else here , we feel that the US is the better fit for our family's needs IE , My daughter's Healthcare for Type 1 Diabetes, and my education goals. I don't know how much more proof we can give to show how real we are. We just want our nights sitting on the porch laughing and enjoying each other's company, raising the girls and God-Willing our future babies, working through fights ( even though we rarely have any and always both end up apologizing no matter who is right or wrong), and making a life together without having so many obstacles to just live together. Let us live together! That's it. I love our love story, even with all the heartache. This separation is torture.

Dont stress your self because for me 4 years you are together is big proof you have genuine relationship, plus you have been in Morocco with your kids many times .They try just make things harder .I talked to many guys i know There is two reasons why they make us wait longer ,The first is econamical to make the us citizen go and back to Morocco and also refile many petions which means pay more money on the fee .,so the ticket ,the fee is lot of money ,The second and the most Important is to make things harder for the married and the fiancee to push them to split .

  8. Do you have access to numbers the rest of us don't, or is this anecdotal? Because if it's anecdotal, I know MANY K-1s post 2009 that made it without problems...

Me too inow many before 2009 under k-1 got visa without any probelem even their wives were really older .and i know guys the Co said we wont give you a visa later they call them come with passport to get their visa, but since 2009 age become serious flag ;and also before 2009 they ask few question since 2009 they ask lot of questions most of the questions make no sence at all.Just have look on my case .what does that mean when in Uscis they said the petion take 5 months to get approved ours its almost 15 months you ahve to admit things changed a lot In Uscis .

  9. It Happened the same thing with us in 2012 i brought lot of evidences The Co was su rude I felt i was in Police office Not an Embassy .They gave us 221 thne we called them then write them letter .Then they sent it back to uscis very faster to let is expire and that is what happpen ?we got married now we are still waiting on Noa2 over 14 months .We start have feeling The Co wrote something against us .Becasue we dont understand why they make us wait so so long plus recently they answer to our Congressman ,that they are doing addtional background checks !!!!!!!!

  10. Additional back ground checks is the same bs answer they gave me years ago for allowing my petition for k-1 to go 2 years before giving a noa2 and i think they only gave it at that time because i bombared the white house and any congress or senator i could get physical and email address of they were tired of hearing from me......neither of us had any criminal record or name close to someone that did........its a black hole they know you cant touch or even get a senator or congressman to hurry the case up.......

    sara

We did many SR and affter any Sr they ask wait 1 month just to get rid of us its how they work and everytime there is different excuse why it took so long and even in Infopass they told us maybe they are making back check about my Husband in Morocco and the cos it took so long is not due to them but Moroccan autoritie whcih is does not make any sense for me as my hsuabnd is clean and never had any probelems as me too Both of us are clean .

That is why we move to next step to contacct our Congressman then today there is an answer !!!!!

The Nebraska had long time enough to treat our case but they prefered take care of the new cases and let us wait and wait ,The question is why ?!!!!!! :protest::protest:

We are on the same boat..probably same adjudicator too..

Wahat about you Tingting1990 there is anything new ?,!!!

  11. Afte many SR and infopass 1 week ago or more we did send an mail to Nebrska and contacted our congressman .Yesterday we called our Congressman and they said still not answer from Nebraska today we got an mail from Our Congressman its said Like this :

May i Know please what will happen next and how long it will take to get the answer if of course someone already went trought this .Ty you take time and read my tpoic hope get an answer .

  12. Contact your Congressman's office. They will have the ability to cut through all the ####### that USCIS dishes out and find out exactly what the true story is. They were our middleman for all of our questions that we had and actually were able to push our case forward. Every time we contacted the Congressman's office, they were back to us with an answer within 24 hours. (EVERY TIME) We finally got our approval on the I-130.

Use the system, that's what they are there for.

Ty for The reply and thank s everyone on Here who try help and support
