I did call them and make like 4 times E request but every time they said we still working on it don't have any time frame.keep waiting

There are specific country of the Benefecery they made them wait so long hope i'm wrong India- Pakistan-Philipine- and Mena may be i'm wrong and also noticed Uk too

Sorry heard that i wonder why March ,May June even July and august got their Noa2 .but not us !!!!!!!!!

I transfer to NSC in Aug 2013 since that nothing happen.

They change my A number in Aug too but since that nothing when I called them they said keep waiting we can't give u any information.

Now do you still waiting for Noa2 or still waiting for it ?!!

I am seeing people getting approved from tsc and csc but I have not seen any approvals from Nebraska service center. Am I the only one that got transferred to NSC? Is their someone else who got transferred there? If yes have you heard from them?

What about me Im Feb filler got our Noa1 feb 26 but still no Noa2 yet and got transfered in Oct 17 almost 2 motnhs ago and Nov 12 Our Alien registration number was changed and also nothing yet i wrote many Post about it on here !!!!!!!!

I think we'll receive hard copy before Christmas or before new years day. I was reading your posts and saw that your husband spoke with tier 2 and they mentioned two weeks. What can we do except waiting. My husband was trying to call them yesterday and never reached to tier 2, he received explanation that telephone system doesn't function and that we must wait for the letter where is explained what they need. He'll probably try to call them in Monday.

I felt so happy when i post something on here about my alien registration number many said be ready get an approval lol but nothing of that happend .But Inshaa Allah everything will be fine i keep hope something will happend in the end

   

nothing at all! They will just tell you your application is at this center and you have to wait 60 days for a decision.

Another stupid dumb answer from USCIS.

Really nothing new ,actualy we call them they ask they will send us letter in 2 weeks .i wonder what kind of letter will be really it sucks

It means they sent your file to (NVC) national visa center.. My visa took 8 months after I received this message. Wish you good luck....

This message is gonna stay in your case even if you ll get your visa and after that they r ganna give you an other nember start with ( wac ) that s what happend me

All you need to do is waiting until they send you an other email telling you what they r gonna need or what to do?

I got the same msg in October then Nov they changed our Alien registration numer till nothing happend .when i read your reply i feel confused now if i got approval or not yet if our petition is still in uscis or NVc

it is one of the bogus messages the system sends when a file is touched.

It usually means that an alien number was assigned to the applicant.

In teh last couple of months, the files that got that kind of messages were processed within couple of weeks after that (2 to 3 weeks).

Give it another week and if you don't get anything from them, you may need to get an infopass and actually go to your local field office and talk to somebody.

if not, call them and check and have them open a service request for your case.

I know. He hired and paid him before he consulted me. His reason was he has no time to do it bec he's too busy with his work. We ddn't realize that it wld be like this.

I do have question, how many of the feb approvers have got their NVC case# so far? Is there any place we can find out this info?

Officially? Petitions filed on or before 12 February 2013

Unofficially? Data from VJ indicates that most February filers are already out the door, they are now working on March and April filers willy-nilly and getting ready to throw May and June into the mix within the next month or so.

Why the discrepancy? So that the USCIS can cover their @$$ and not have to do service requests for all of the March and April filers who have been waiting 8 and 9 months.
