Thanks BraveAmnay. Yes it's my case.it was in AP for 30 days and then change to Ready on May 19th.I have had two updates on May 21and May 22 and it still says Ready. I am glad to know that the next step is issue. Please from you experience can you tell me how long it usually take to change to Issued. Thanks.

Most of the Time after AP it change to Ready THen issued .I hope its Your Case Good luck

The easiest way is K1 but i will say for Other countries but Morocco i dont think so coz surely they will put under AP then you will wait if you are lucky they will issue you The Visa if not they will send it to uscis for further review then you will wait again in the End it will expire ,which is wasting time and money . plus for another reason try read The Experience of Mrs Cat & Youness at The Interview ://

I went trought a lot of topics on V'J but never read or heard any Moroccan went trought 2 or 3 years of AP so dont panic at all.

Same box i meant about those list of countries you llisted.Belong to those countries does not mean automatcly we are dfangerous .But anyway they can do as back ground of check as they want .No big deal in the End its their country and they have the obligation be sure who will put their step there .

Which i dont understand some back ground check take so long than others

I dont understand some complain about him and some not .I feel he took his decision on judging people trought their appparence.Actualy i dont knoow what to think anymore ,i got lost too.i am so stressed so nervous ,its 5 years with my wife and still nothing .

The update always happen after you call them or email them.My Last Update was April 22nd since then nothing happen.Iam waiting for 60 days to be over maybe somethign can happen who know

So sorry about happened to you ,I Know one thing Who cheated once will cheat twice .cheating on someone means you have no respect for him/her neither for your self .How i hate cheaters in both side men or women ,it make want throw out ,its disgusting .You are lucky find out that now than later .In The End you know better what is good for you .and you what you can do.

Thats a common issue , so what i advised you to do is just put 01/01 for month and day

Ex : 01/01/1950.

Your Interview was Feb 25 th .so you are in AP about :

Giving back your passport isn't a bad sign. When my husband was in AP they returned his and they merely asked for him to send it to the consulate when the visa was ready to be be printed in his passport.

Ty for the reply .I dont understand ,he told me this your right as Immigrant and before he gave me back my Passport he told me " Sorry our system is down today or this Morning "we will call you later !!!! .Its like he want keep my passport but due to something wrong going on in their system he decided gave me back my passport and call me later once they will fix that probleme .what do you think Mme any Idea?
