Why is the Pakistani Embassy doing this??? Oh, God, please help us!

I called the Department of State to check the status on my case on January 29th 2012. I was informed my case was pending and the embassy was waiting for me to return requested information. I was so aggravated by this , considering I have sent them EVERYTHING they asked for ,and havent received any email or post asking for additional information. they put me on AP didnt give any reasons but took my passport and medical whats all this?

K-1 was sent back to USCIS but got reaffirmed in a week we got married reason for revocation was told by USCIS Embassy just wanted to reconfirm our Approved petition how silly. filing for i-130 missing my wife so much like crazy

In AP since October 18th 2012 as the additional docs after the interview were sent then. We haven't really called DOS or US Embassy ISL, should we?
