loans do not apply as income, alas.
So, whilst yer practicing filling out the I-134,
do note -
you'll need to obtain a co-sponser/joint-sponser, and they'll have to fill out a 2nd I-134 to go along with YOURS (since yer the petitioner)

final note - study the ASSETS rules in the I-864 instructions - GUV IV will use those rules when evaluating yer assets on the I-134.
