And the wait time is like 8 or 9 month. The issue about getting marry with a non immigrant visa is when you file for your wife's AOS. She won't be aprove and the USCIS would treat her case as "overstay". Then she must to come home to vzla and you've to file for a cr1 with the risk of being deny it cause of her overstay.

That would be a piece of cake, for all of us, cause there're so may people who have a tourist visa, so they can avoid this long process. You can get marry with during her visit but she must to come back home and you have to file for a CR1

I recived our Noa 1 notification a couple days ago and ow we've to wait for our Noa 2 (hopefully in 3 month). I read your post about getting marry with your fince's tourist visa and sadly you cant. You cant use a non-imigrant visa for inmigration purpose.

If you let me give you an advice... don't take too long to submit your petition, cause if you read some of the forums, this process can take several month (5 mont and more).
