holaaaaaaa!!! ME ALEGROOO PR UDS... es q si te das cuenta en la mayoria de los papeles te ponian solo calle then un box para provicia otro box para ciudad asi q wasn't a big deal. para cuando lo mandan? ya en 2 semanastenemos 2 meses en esto...vamos a ver si diciembre no lo enletece jejejej

si bueno eso pasa por eso recurrimos a la abogada de inmigracion de confinza que nos asesoro en el proceso, pero la gran ayuda la recibimos de la pagina del UCIS y de aqui....sabes que si necesitas algo nos avisas saludos

Im in Spain right knoe spending some vacations, and trying to keep my mind busy...buy I check this everyday so if you guys need something let me know:) about my papers, next week will be our 1st month sice we sent our 129F ...WAITING AND WAITING LOL and you?

Aqui te dejo la pagina del USCIS, que es el que se encarga de todo. Ahi tienen una version en español. Despues de visa journey es la pagina de oficial de todo lo relacionado al tema inmigratorio. Pero pregunte que para eso estamos. saludos

Well you read the answer in the forums, we read a bunch of information about, I've a tourist visa and the embassy told me not to do it. But hey! keep searching, maybe talk to a immigration lawyer so u can have other point of view.

And the wait time is like 8 or 9 month. The issue about getting marry with a non immigrant visa is when you file for your wife's AOS. She won't be aprove and the USCIS would treat her case as "overstay". Then she must to come home to vzla and you've to file for a cr1 with the risk of being deny it cause of her overstay.
