      MrsRodriguez - Did you receive the extension letter from USCIS? At some point everyone's GC will expire while in the ROC process so they send you a 1 year extension letter to validate the GC for the time his/her petition is being worked on.

      Congrats!! If i'm not mistaken he can do it this time next year..osea 3 years including the time he got his Conditional Green Card. Someone correct me if i'm wrong because we plan on doing my husband's this time next year.

    I175 approved today!!! Waiting on his actual card now :) were done with one step and getting ready for the final one: N400 in April. Notecards are printed and ready to go!! Can't wait to be done with all of this lol
