      by NOA2, you mean the packet 3? mine was almost 3 months and I think that is pretty normal.

    Montreal's US consultate page says I need the DS 230 part 1 & 2 but my atty says they think I need to do DS260. Why does Montreal webpage not mention it. HELP!!

      Thank You Frostiana, I have been trying to get the hang of this site. Am I just to post questions under that right heading? Still feeling my way around here.

      there are a few ways to communicate with people individually, but to post a question on the forum, you go to the home page, click on the first topic which is visas, then click on a tab that says "add new topic"... sorry it's hard to describe but where you read the forums. I took several days to figure it all out too!!! I think it's cause i'm older (54) LOL.

    Is it possible to have the NOA2 sent right to my attorney and it not get posted on the USCIS site? Just wondering. Last update was 8/23 when we were notified that they got RFE. No touches since then.

      Don't rely on the USCIS web site... ours was never updated bar one touch!

    Contemplating on discontinuing my atty Allan S. Lolly. We are waiting on NOA2 anyday now. His office has wasted 2 months due to errors on their part.

      we considered an attorney when we started out on the K-1 but when we spoke to one he told us quite a few things that where simply not needed so we didnt bother. VJ is probably better anyway and its free lol. hope your NOA2 comes real soon :)

      I have noticed VJ is a very resourceful website.Wish I would have known that before I hired him. As my fiance has said, it is he and I that have done all the hard work.

      my packet 3 (a small envelope) went straight to our lawyer, so maybe check there for it also?

      shouldn't I see on the USCIS site if the NOA2 comes. I have been checking and it looks like the date of 8/23 hasn't changed from the page where you should see "touches". The 23rd was the notice saying they recieved our RFE and the case is being processed at the CSC. How many touches is the usual for us to see?
