Amazed at how CSC can get away with saying there is a backlog on I-130s while they are dishing out I-129F approvals with more recent priority dates. Would it not make sense to use the adjudicators to clear out what came first? I don't mind rain, but not when it's yellow!
I'm sorry you have to wait but its been almost one yr since I have seen my fiance. My noa1 was july 12th. So they mat be approving nore i129s but mined got skipped.
Now that you are past the 5 month mark, I can only imagine how you must feel. Like how you used the rain reference ...lol... Your approval is coming very soon :-)
The thing is that it is more money for them to process the 1-129 i guess that process is more expensive, so for them is more $$ coming in, which sucks for married couples
