    Amazed at how CSC can get away with saying there is a backlog on I-130s while they are dishing out I-129F approvals with more recent priority dates. Would it not make sense to use the adjudicators to clear out what came first? I don't mind rain, but not when it's yellow!

      I feel the same way,when i called last week to ask them why they were completing mostly I29s they told me its because they have so many more than I30 doesnt seem fair:(

      It seems like they have a hat of foolish statements from which to pull. To tell you oh we have more of these when the date on it is 9/13 and the date of the I130 is 7/25 is just dumb. Everyday it becomes clearer to me that the US is well aware of the profit an I129f churns so they are more willing to overlook other petitions.
