    What i don't understand in the 3 years rules of acquiring a citizen is Must you be married to your US spouse for a period of 3 years to file or Wait 90 days to your 3 years of being a legal permanent resident of the united states?any update on this topic will be appreciated

    I went for my interview answered all question correctly and i got A letter stating that our marriage is for Immigration purpose, that our files will be sent back to Home land Security, Please i need help i miss my wife so much, what are we to do now

      prove that your marriage with your wife is genuine and not for immigration purpose.It's time to stand for justice and give out information that will enhance our fellow VJ family for effective and efficient results.It will be nice to make a move while you have your petition there in Lagos cos if it is send back to USCIS it might might take time for a second interview to be schedule for you.A reconsideration of decision by your CO is all you need.Be strong you will overcome.

    i got rfe on birth certificate.i was asked to submit secondry evidence.first of all.i only have sworn decleration of age from a nigerian court.should i request for national population commission certificate and will that be enough.pls does anybody has similar experiense.

    earlier today I made a post about how I wanted to know if we will have an interview or will be transfered. Just checked USCIS case status and it was updated today = AOS INTERVIEW ON SEPTEMBER 18!!! WUUHUUUU! :)

      you need not to worry.it is well.Just go with copies of what you submitted initially and you will be fine.if the case was transferred it would have been longer than expected.congrats in advance
