Hi,

Im filing for my N400 application soon. I just need to clarify, does my daughter 9yrs of age need to file a seperate N400 together with my application? Shes only been here for a year with Condtional GC. I have permanent GC and will apply for citizenship.

I heard that minor will automatically gain citizenship from parents but I also heard that if in case in the future something to me (died) she will lose it because she did not file naturalization?? Im just confused. Do i need to file n400 for her even if she does not meet the 3yr residency? I dont know if this is True.

Advice will be very much appreciated! Thanks!!

Hi everyone!

I am planning to send my N400 application this week. my question is what years of your Income Tax Transcript did you guys send? we haven't filed our 2013 income tax return. I have Transcripts year 2012,2011,2010.

Also planning to apply for a fee waiver, we are receiving food stamps but on the letter of approval of food stamps that we need to provide as evidence it says only my husband the Citizen who is eligible and My name and daughters name says ineligible because of citizenship requirements. but we are using it for the 3 of us(me,hubby,daughter). Will this be a problem since I'm the Applicant and not my husband?

I just spoke to a Tier 2 IO and was told to ignore the case update as there is no problem with my ROC application. It was a system error.

The card that was delivered last Jan2012 was the 2 yr GC. Thats why im so confused that they updated the I485 case instead of my ROC case

Maybe it is a typo in the system? You might want to call USCIS, speak to a Tier 2 IO and clarify that the card that has been issued was for an I-751 application and not for an I-485 application.

Yes it was delivered last year for the I-485 approval but I just applied ROC last december. Im gonna call later to see whats going on.

my daughter came with CR2 visa last Feb 5. She just got her conditional green card 4 days ago. I just applied for ROC last Dec of 2012. can my daughter apply for ROC now or she still needs to wait 2 years before she can apply/remove condition? please help thanks in advance.
