Well, if I'm not mistaken the whole process is about $1025. But, if you aren't approved as a sponsor you actually get 400 returned to you! After all the money we've dished out, that just feels cheaper.

Well, you send proof but that goes with my sponsor package. I have (already) an offer of place to stay and a person giving me an open-ended job offer. So, my sponsorship is a lock. My bro-in-law will probably hook Trav up with a job. Other than that, it's just proof we're a "legit" marriage. Oh, and likely NO INTERVIEW!

LOL...we still have to sell our house...that's the only roadblock! The Canadian process is INSANELY easier - did you know all I have to do in order to sponsor Trav is basically pinky promise I won't let him go on welfare?!

Yeah, they sent it back today. Only word they gave us is "your application is missing pages." It is NOT. I'm going to go beat my head into a wall now.
