No, not approved but I got two already, one in August and another one in November, as a response to a service request.

I just get the Waiver Letters, I'm going to start a collections.

Bad luck, welcome to the club!

Good luck! I think they are just lazy, who knows in which box are our applications.

Been waiting since February, so ...
Some Dec. 2012 fillers are still waiting, so it is all madness and maddening.
-
That's insane, have you thought about writing to the ombudsman?
-
I think I've said it before, I think people on tourist visas should not be allowed to adjust. Certainly, not well before former K1s. An adjustment from B1 takes 3 months, if that, whereas I am approaching 11 months (and people have gone past one year already), just because I did the right thing.
Now, on topic - B1 for Morocco - very unlikely, unless he has huge ties. A fiance in the US is a big red flag. Generally, K1 visas are easier to obtain than tourist visas, and even those are challenging for Morocco. Do you have red flags, like big age difference? He should probably join the Army, might not make it in time for the Air Force (he already needs to have a green card in hand to enlist).

Anyone else still waiting?

Yes, I can vouch to that as well. They sent me the confirmation letter for change of address pretty fast, less than a week after I filed it.
-
Yes, you can. Make sure to send a copy of your green card NOA, so it is free.

I got two of them, lol. Still waiting.

See my signature.

You are going to have an interesting time removing conditions. How are you going to prove a bone fide relationship when you live far from your husband and are pregnant with some else's child? I hope you kept proof from when you did live together and were a family.
PS - Sorry you're stuck in the hellhole that's Louisiana, can't wait to get out of here myself.

Nothing bizarre or complicated. Most people have to live away from their spouses during the immigration process. Calm down and read the forum and THE GUIDES!
-
No idea, but I've changed mine and I seem to be falling behind most people.
-
Yes, you do.

Big deal, I am waiting since February.
You got the request service number, it means nothing, next time when you call for an inquiry you can give them the number to look it up, it is a bit like the numbers you get from NOA1s.
-
I will just let it be until next year, no point in getting mad over it. I'm one week away from 10 months.

Either out of date, or not free to marry.
I think the OP should learn some grace and apologize for snapping at people who were just trying to help. No one here has to put up with that childish behavior.

I got a letter as a response to my E-Request, dated Nov. 25th. Drum rolls ... wait for 6 more months since the data of the letter, that is until almost June 2014. Charming, eh?

Why did you get married? Family pressure or romantic love?

Ugh, an interview after so long. But, at least, something's moving.
