Date of I-751 = The Date you sent your application. NOA Date = The Receipt Date on your original NOA letter. Biometrics = The Date of your biometrics appointment. Approved = The Date your case was approved.

You can obtain the visa at the point of entry when you get to the airport or you can call the Senegal Consulate in DC. 202-234-0540 they will give you the website where you can go for the visa application, pay for the fees and print it.

Sympa ton voisin. :-) Le numero de dossier sur la lettre du NOA ne marchera pas, c'est explique dans la lettre. Il faut attendre la lettre de rvd pour les biometrics, il y aura un numero de dossier different.
Merci Dido et Eastern D. J'ai regarde sur le site de la poste mais c'est un peu cher par rapport au poids que j'ai. J'ai vu une compagnie air berlin, leur billet ne sont pas cher. Sur leur site c'est marque 50e la 2eme valise et 100e les suivants mais j'ai appele 2fois leur comptoir ici sur Nice et on me dit que c'est 50e par valise sup. Superrr :thumbs:

Voila aujourd'hui j'ai eu mon interview et tout s'est bien passe. Enfin soulagée. L'attente a été longue mais arrivée au guichet du consul tout s'est vite passé. Elle m'a pose quelques questions genre Parler moi de votre fiance. Comment vous vous êtes connus? Ou travaille t-il? est ce qu'il a des enfants? Pourquoi je suis jamais allée le voir et quel age j'ai? ( je parais beaucoup plus jeune que mon age.

Another thing to remember. The VSC employees work 4 days 10 hours each day. They generally all have Saturday and Sunday off plus one other day (usually Friday or Monday) They are closed for all Holidays, of course, such as MLK day this week. IF they usually get Monday off and there is a Monday holiday they get ANOTHER day off in addition. So this is basically a 4 day weekend for the VSC. Everyone will be off either Friday-Monday or Saturday-Tuesday. Some then take 3 days vacation and get 9 days off for just the use of 3 vacation days. It just snowed a lot this week so the skiing is finally good!
Bascially it is a government organization that plods along handling hundreds of thousands of documents each year. Your RFE will get in the mail eventually but allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to your door. (they will tell you 30 days if you call but that is probably too much)
