ahh ok 18 business days for your case number to be assigned by the NVC since they received your case number

it took your case to be received and assigned a case number for it 18 regular days or business days ?

dont wait for that letter from the NVC because sometimes it will never be sent to you so the only thing you can do is call the NVC and if the time after your approval date hited 2 weeks and the NVC didnt receive it yet try to contact the customer service and talk with a tier 2 and contact your congressman or senator in the same time to find out about this because sometimes the petitions stays at the uscis and not be sent until you check about it that is my opinion and what i found out from searching alot from defferent cases and people that had these kind of problems between uscis and the NVC stage...keep an eye on your petition because the uscis sometimes closee their eyes on it and leave it there waiting on the desk

you are very welcome...and i really hope the uscis customer service would change as for their attitudes and their actions and lies and be clear with us because we are paying them for this service and they are not working on it for free

hey giuys dont dont worry the tier 1 or tier 2 dont say anything real they are just playing on people emotions to make them frustrated more before they got tired from us calling them alot that is why they tell us something is not real to make us either give up or wait that period they states but this doesnt prevent you from calling daily and checking and you will find out everyone there will tell you defferent informations because i dealt with this for over than a year lolol i kept calling i mean every day and every time i call i get defferent person with defferent information which i came to realise and from searching so long in other people cases and situations that the customer service we are calling to check about our cases dont know anything and dont bother yourself by listening to what they say to you all you can do just call and listen and dont believe good luck

i am still waiting for my case number and i called last night and still being told the same thing this is sucks

yes the NVC is like the uscis in so many ways hopefully we be out from this nightmare and get our spouses with us

i hope as for my IV packadge and the AOS packadge are ready i just need the cover sheet lolol from both fees payment to mail them lolol i just need the case number and id numbers to get the green light for me to drive my CR1 visa bus ahead lololol ..i am going to try to call tonight and see where to get and if they are having any good news hopefully ...i did send the NVC both the nvcinquiry and the nvcsearch emails over than 10 emails last weeks and i didnt head back from them yet which is something out of order inspite my petition being received by the nvc on october 31

well kiky i didnt receive my case number yet i will call again today hopefully i get somewhere since the nvc is facing a backlog

i got that message last time and got approved in the same day because it changed on me to approved status in 5 hours

is your petition at the NBC if so they are laying about this and the customer service center has no way to know what petitions is the NBC working on...they are big liers...the only thing you can keep positive and dont listen to them and try to keep contacting the congressman and the senator and the ombudsman to check about your case good luck
