Your pending I-129F has zero chance of being approved, you should withdraw it and re-file. You don't need to wait until USCIS denies the I-129F to withdraw it, since that would somewhat defeat the point.

You won't get the filing fee returned, however.

You can withdraw and refile.

You need to pay the intial I-129f fees again

congratulations.....your case got completed at the NVC you have to wait for the interview to be scheduled by the NVC

when did you receive this message from the NVC i mean the date?

well i am telling you about this starting from the fiance visa and i130 relative petitions knowledge but it could be no receipt numbers for different visa petitions for example the DV lottery visa doesn't have a receipt number only a case number from what i know ...and as i know that the fiance visa and i130 relative do have receipt numbers and case numbers because these both numbers are such a key for every applicant and petitioner to communicate with the uscis and the NVC by ...hopefully someone have some more informations than i do would come and give more details

the receipt number is giving by the united states of citizenship and immigration service (uscis) for the petition into their system and the case number is giving by the National Visa Center (NVC) for the same petition into their system

and i want you to know that the DS230 is not acceptable nowadays it was replaced by DS260 online form and you will have to call the NVC after 2 weeks from today to get your case number and invoice identification number and the beneficiary identification number for filling this form online

i got the same update on October 18 from this year and in few hours later it changed into approval update

Just received my case complete email notification from NVC ~ a day shy of 1 month after emailing the AOS and DS-260 supporting documents. [we are doing electronic processing]

And the biggest joy is that we did not get a checklist!

well i am so sorry you are going through his as alot of us went through it before...well personally i did put a service request this year when i was going through the uscis but that service request never got consideration from the uscis or got answered by them in spite of fact the customer service kept telling me to wait for 30 business times every time this period gets over....i am hoping your suffering with this process gets to an end soon with the uscis and get approved and go ahead for your life.

We got our IV "checklist" yesterday, which showed that everything was acceptable. Since I got a checklist and had to return the I-864, that should be another 20 business days. This can't move fast enough, but, here we are...still waiting. I am hoping there's a chance of a January interview for my hubby!

I am a beneficiary, my case is completed at NVC, now i am waiting my interview date. Im about to change my address. Will this create any delay if I give them the new address? I still know people at my previous place and can still receive mail there.

Yes, I got a checklist on November 8th for leaving the permanent address field blank since it wasn't different from the mailing address. NVC received the new forms on November 14th. I'll say it again...don't leave anything blank.

Guys, How long does it take on avg for NVC to review the case once all the docs are submitted. My case is under review since 22nd November.

Yes I did, I got one for leaving one field blank on the i-864ez. I was following their instructions and that's what I got, a freaking checklist and 30 days delay. My advice is not to leave anything blank, if smth does not apply to you just put N/A

yes i didn't leave anything blank in the affidavit of support...but i am just trying to follow everyone timeline to see how long it takes everyone's case to be completed at the NVC
