      oh wow so me and you having the same issue...i did send the NVC and email inquiry and they told me to give it 3 to 5 business days...and i have searched in this and i found some took them more than that but my concern is the online form DS 260 i have to fill out that is why.

    so my husband just called..we are in AP..i feel so stressed..they woman told my husband since my mom is married they need the W-2 for her spouse..and to come back on monday..:(

    congratulations on the case number...when the NVC received your petition from the uscis ? because i got approved on OCT 18 and they receieved my petition on OCT 31 so i am just wondering ;)

      they got your case on oct 21 not nov 21 :) i think you mistook in that :) i am so happy for you...until now i didn't receive my case number yet ...did you receive your invoice identification number when you called the NVC or an email from the nvc?

      oh wow they received mine on 10-31-13 and no case number yet too which i am wondering how long this would take....i heard they need to scan the petition but i am wondering too do they scan the entire petition ?

      oh good news happy for you and as for me i didn't get my case number nor the invoice # yet i called yesterday and they told me to wait until they scan the petition which i am wondering how long this would take to be scanned...and i think this invoice # will be accompanied with an email from them when they send it to you as for the AOS
