      i am march filer and i am still waiting for NOA2 since then and no news yet...did you file an expedite request for this approval or just got approved normally ? i filed I 130 marriage petition at NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER USCIS

      well i decided now to email the ombudsman to see about if he will give me a hand on this case since i heard that the government would shutdown i don't know if this is the truth but i will have to get a hold on this case with ombudsman hopefully i get somewhere with this because this waiting time for me became so hard...i tried to call the ombudsman using the phone numbers but i didnt get a hold of a humain which i left a voice mail in there and noone called me back which i am wondering di...

      i did contact ombudsman and i recieved a case number from its office and they told me to wait 45 business days for an answear back within this period they gave me and i am still waiting until now no answear i did file an expedite request the previous week and nothing until now so i really am wondering what to do and who to contact since our governement became a big lier...if you have any idea about what can i do please share....thanks for your time

      oh yes i have hear that the petitions has to be transfered to local office by my senator and congressman so i think they are wrong about this and very few petitions be transfered to lcal offices...did you get this news about your petition from your senator or congressman?

    hello...i have just got to see a comment from you under a topic stating you did contact ####### durbin and he helped you to get approved...well i recently contacted him and i am going to deal with one of his office workers to help me inquire about my case and my question is how long it took them to get your case get approved ?thanx for your time

    As expected, even though we hoped they would look the other way, we move on to the waiver process. On the plus, the interview went very well. So a bittersweet day.

      the consulate in casablanca asked your husband to have a waiver ? why ? is your husband has a visa history ?i dont get it why they put him on the waiver process

    hello i am so happy for your NOA2 so can you please tell me when you started the process with the i130 and which service was it califronia or vermont or national benifits center...i am just wondering since you are not having your timeline filled out ...thanks for advance
