Here We Go! White House Response to Controversy Raised by USCIS Cards Procurement Solicitation Notice
    http://www.immigration-law.com/
Business and immigration organizations have presented the White House with a proposal that would dramatically expand the green card program for high-tech workers and the relatives of existing U.S. citizens and permanent residents.
They've suggested altering how the federal government issues green cards and specialty visas. Rather than counting each individual family member against the overall cap, the government could instead only count the head of a family — and not siblings, spouses, or children.
During a town hall with technology entrepreneurs in Los Angeles earlier this month, the president suggested such a plan might be within the realm of possibility.
“I will use all the executive authority that I legally have in order to make fixes in some of the system,” Obama said. “And that includes potentially making the H1B system that is often used by tech companies and some of the other elements of our legal immigration system more efficient, so we can encourage more folks to stay here.”

05/03/2014: Something to Watch Carefully in the Upcoming Release of June Visa Bulletin - Potential Regression of FB-2A and EB-3
AILA's meeting with the State Department Visa Bureau indicated that there is a potential regression of FB-2A (spouses and children of LPR) and EB-3 (skilled workers) categories in May or June. Potential regression of F-2A may be caused by recent speedy processing and adjudcation of immigrant visas for the immediate family members of permanent residents, causing high demand for the visa numbers for this category. It is thus critically important that those whose FB-2A and EB-3 visa numbers are currently available in May should make it sure that they file I-485 applications before the end of May. The June Visa Bulletin is expected to be released early next week and we will be able to see the actual situation soon. Please stay tuned.

See this prediction of 2-3 week /month is only for few months like(november vb , decembervb and january vb).....then they again predict in febuary vb which will come in january 2014....and at that time i think they will 4-5 weeks for sure because now after 30 aug,2001 demand is very similar to 2000 cases.........so we can assume 1 month / month from fenurary vb ..............now why m saying this because i have proper evidence....
last time , in october 2011 Charles openium also perdicted movement for few month not for whole year......they perdicted F2b and F3 will 1- 2 weeks and f4 will move 1 month.........................but this is upto january 2012 vb and then they again predicted in january 2012........if u want to recheck then do it..and then i hope you will be happy....

Coming Months prediction except NEW IMMIGRATION LAWS.
    Aug 1july2001
    Sept 8aug2001
And if CIR get pass coming Aug or September then new laws will effect F4 priority dates movements. NOW F4 using 65000 visa and when CIR get pass F4 will use 90400 visa so we can say after bill pass we will see 2.5 to 3 months movement on each month.

if this bill is passed in june or july..then DOS will use unused visas in FY2014...which starts from october 2013 and the visa bulletin of october 2013 will publish in september 2013.....secondly,they are also going to change the family based catogery.....according to this bill, they will provide 40% of the worlwide visas to F4(brothers and sisters) which counts to be 90400...and these 90400 visas will effect immidately aftar the enactment of the bill..suppose,if this bill become law in june2013....so next month visa bulltein will publish according to the new law..which means that F4 have 90400 visas not 65000.......and then u will see a big big jump in the PD's........

ANS YOUR ALL QUESTION ABOUT CIR FOR FAMILY BASE VISA

Family reunification has long been the cornerstone of our immigration system, and the Senate bill proposes significant changes to the family-based system. Many of the bill’s provisions are welcome and much-needed changes that will help millions of families. Importantly, the bill redefines “immediate relatives” to include spouses and minor children of green card holders (the so-called “2a” fix), which will exempt those family members from numerical caps and reunite them quickly. Another significant change is the elimination of the current family backlog of 4.3 million loved ones over a period of 8 to 10 years. In the meantime, some family members with approved petitions awaiting a green card will be able to live and work in the U.S. on a “V” visa. Also on the plus side, the bill proposes allowing the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) discretion to waive grounds of inadmissibility if denying admission would result in hardship to an immigrant’s U.S. citizen or LPR parent, spouse, or child. These are all-important changes that will provide relief for many families in the Asian, Latino, African, and Caribbean communities.

However, the other proposed changes are cause for concern and raise many questions. Moving forward, U.S. citizens would no longer be able to sponsor their brothers or sisters (there is an 18-month grace period after enactment). And the family preference category for married adult children (“F3” category) would be limited to individuals 30 years old or younger. The bill does not include provisions to include LGBT couples and their families in our immigration system. It is envisioned that some of these individuals will still be able to come to the U.S. through the new merit-based system, which allocates points to individuals based on different criteria. For example, the bill proposes granting 10 points for being a brother or sister of a U.S. citizen. This is the same number of points awarded for having a Master’s Degree.
