I saw you got an RFE. So sorry. What was it for?

So glad your RFE finally came. It took forever! You must be feeling some relief now. We followed the direction on our RFE and just sent in the picture page and the stamp page copies of my passport and mailed it in. The RFE was approved, no problem.

December 28, 2011 Received email and text from USCIS that RFE was received and "under review"

I got an RFE for the same reason as yours. I sent it off and hope for approval soon but I hear the RFE's are backed up in CSC

Do you think your fiance would be willing (and able) to scan the letter he gets with NOA3? The Dublin Embassy Letter of Readiness and checklist aren't anywhere on the web, so there is no way to get a jump it if the mail is lost or taking a long time.

Got the RFE in the mail today. It stated, "The petitioner is advised to submit a copy of the front pages of passport showing name as well as pages of stamped entry (from July 29, 2009 to July 28, 2011) to Ireland. If the meeting took place at another location, please provide evidence such as passport entries, boarding passes, film-dated photos etc. indicating that both parties were at the same location at the same time. An itinerary and or un-dated boarded passes are insufficient."

Got an RFE email and text. No idea what it is yet. Have to wait for letter. So disappointed

Hi there Dawn, it's nice to chat with you. I can't see your timeline for some reason. When did you send in your initial application?

Everytime I look at the timelines the processing times seem to be getting longer and longer. When I first started this, my timeline said I would have to wait approximately 131 days, now it's saying 150 days. Now we're 140 days since NOA1.

Waiting on NOA2 for 129 days and counting.

According to my fiance they give him everything he needed when he went to pick up his medical, including what he needs for the AOS (vaccines and all).

125 days and counting...

Now, it's been 3.5 months since CSC received our K-1 application...so tough waiting. It's torture. It looks like more holidays apart

It's been 3 months sent CSC received my K-1 application and it feels like forever! We couldn't get lucky and have things move faster? A girl can wish can't she?
