Did you by any chance send out your Packet 3 before receiving the actual Packet 3 in the mail? My fiancé and I have already prepared most of the documents for it so we're wondering if we should it send it out yet or wait until he receives something first from MTL.

April 24th! Right around the corner!!!!

It was for Rick's divorce papers. He sent them a signed sealed paper from the county clerk's office showing his divorce was final in 2007. But they wanted the Final Divorce Decree. (It was 32 pages long).. so we sent that in to them. They received on the 18th July.

When do you get to move (POE)??

Medicals and passports will be arriving in MTL tomorrow, so it's just a matter of waiting to get the passports back with the visas inside. I'm hoping to be able to POE mid September. Fingers crossed!

Ok, I didn't see it in your timeline. and what about the DHL tracking? Is it DHL that is slow or the embassy?

I'm lame. ha. I don't know anything about DHL tracking. I just call DOS and they tell me it hasn't arrived in Montreal yet. It's there "electronically" but not physically.

If you know the date of when it left NVC, I can try to look with DHL tracking for you.

And I feel badly for feeling it, knowing there are others waiting even longer than I have been! It is what it is and we can't let it get us down, right? But venting here sure helps some days.

It helps, yes. Right now, I can't stop thinking "when is CSC going to process all those August filers?!" (and I wish they process the ones before too for sure). If only there were constantly 10 NOA2 approvals per day on Igor's list!!
