Glad that you got your forms printed. Yay! I used ExpressPost to send in P3. They use DHL to send your passport to you with the Visa in it, so you still need to register for it on the scheduling web site.
So, give it about a week after you send P3 and then start calling DOS again to see if P4 is sent out; then you're set for scheduling the interview!

Hi there. Sorry you're having trouble getting answers. Check this thread on the Canada board: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/327503-canada-immigration-k1-guide-for-montreal/
Awesome info. After the petition has left NVC, start calling DOS again. When they say pack3 has been sent to you, then you can send your documents in. Other questions, just ask!

Hi. I didn't have any trouble printing the forms, but a quick search of the boards here came up with this: "you have to have the last version of Adobe. If you still have the same problem, print the file as pdf, not to a precise printer. you save it and then you can send it to a printer."
I hope that will help a bit. Great news that your file has been received and P3 sent out...

Lucky you!! I'm hoping for 2 weeks between P3 and being able to schedule. I checked the Montreal site today and the next avail. interview is 46 days. So probably 8-10 weeks until mine, I would guess. But I'll take sooner!
No wedding plans. Just get there, marry at the courthouse, and file AOS as soon as we can. Then party later. Wedding plans for you?

10-year green cards in hand! The countdown is on for naturalization (November 5/15)!

12 days, no check cashed, no NOA. Ah, that month between getting the visa and filing AOS, when there was no waiting and wondering, was sooooo lovely!

A week.. and still no interviews available. Come on Montreal!

After P4, I could *try* to schedule an interview. Going through Montreal, be prepared to wait. I tried several times a day, every day, for 3 weeks before interviews opened up. There's a thread on the Canada board of people already waiting. Share your info with them -- everyone tries and as soon as one finds an opening, they let everyone else know. Good luck! Be patient.

Almost time for ROC! Got our reminder letters in the mail today!

AP and EAD approved on 1-11-13. Can't wait for them to arrive in the mail! Kiddos are looking forward to a visit back to Canada!
-
AP/EAD combo card arrived in the mail today... and, surprise surprise -- AP documents for the kids arrived too! Woo hoo! I'm off to look for flights to Canada for the school break next month.
-
Approved! ....pending medical results. They kept our passports though, so I'll take that as a good sign.
-
Approved! Thinking of getting a t-shirt that says "kiss me, I'm a green card holder" to celebrate!

Astounded by the number of "NOA2! What now?" posts lately. What have you been doing during the wait people? Maybe try some reading/research to pass the time, eh?

Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between January 8, 2012 and January 15, 2012*.
