yahm reacted to Crashed~N2~Me in Is this typical for a Filipina?
    Let's come back to this.
    All Filipinos?
    None of them?
    Not yesterday or tomorrow?
Like...Not there? Gone? Never was never is never will? Like... I'm a Filipino and I'm clueless!...?
    1) My wife had a savings account when we met and still does. Asawa Ko invests via a few mutual funds too. Furthermore, My wife's credit management is spot on.
    2) Catholic..Pope...Vatican...none of that rings a bell?
    3) My wife has a college degree. Business Management. 2 of our bunsos...4th year Legal Management and 2nd year Computer Science.
    4) Is your "girl" mabaho and stinky breath?
OK...let's go back...may I borrow your original question?
You married your "girl" and don't understand her culture?

Except that we acknowledge the mistakes we made instead of repeating them, which you are encouraging. The definition of "nice guy" he is using is a perverted Robin Hood complex. You are not being a "nice guy" by committing felonies for three illegal aliens. It isn't made legal by getting away with it. Visajourney's rules forbid promoting immigration fraud. We can't do that when people on the forum are protesting the identification of fraud as "harsh" and "way over the top".
That thinking was what put him in this situation. His ideas about what is "best" for "all" are disordered. He's also listening to the person who manipulated him into committing immigration fraud at this moment, and the mediator who has also apparently been manipulated into siding with the fraudster's view of the I-864.
Saying it that way removes the responsibility and accountability, which guarantees making the same mistake again. The first responsibility we have is to ourselves. He has to be made to understand that. It is not being a bad guy to be a responsible adult and ensure your life, safety, and welfare before you take on responsibility for everyone else.
Look how people have resorted to recommending a "vicious" divorce attorney. That is an exaggeration. A competent attorney will protect your interest, but people feel the need to use that kind of exaggerated language to shake this guy out of his "good guy" complex. His definition of "good" is wrong. Being a martyr does not automatically grant one "goodness". The wrong thing to do is adopt his incorrect beliefs about what words mean, and use his own vocabulary to communicate with him (you have to be vicious). He thinks it is vicious to be responsible to yourself before anyone else, so let's all start using exaggerated terms for normal behavior.
He needs to adopt the correct definition of normal instead of us calling normal behavior vicious.
Start putting yourself first and you'll stop finishing last.

YES. I believe they will give you an opportunity to find a co-sponsor. They will probably like to know how you are able to pay for plane tickets, send your wife money, pay visa fees, and still pay your own bills on $7,000 per year. Doesn't make sense.

Ummm...I read your post 2x and the responses. This person didn't force you online in Dec. 2009. She didn't pay for the flights in March or Nov. 2010. You were not held at gunpoint to proceed with a wedding. She didn't file CR1 by herself. You had to fill out a majority of the paperwork to get through NVC including entering your routing and bank acct numbers. Now you write asking if it's bonafide and making it look like you are helpless? If you didn't want to do any of this all you had to say was NO. None of us were online when you started this relationship, we didn't go on the trips, never spent time with you or her, & and don't know what promises you made or didn't make.

Let see my clothes are washed every week. All my clothes are neat and crisp. My house is spotless. My Job is high paying, I believe I am very intelligent and hold a high position at my company for 16 years. My family loves me and my wife loves me. Lets see what else.... I travel the world, provide savings for my niece, nephew, little sister, my wife's family and my self. I pray to GOD everyday. I am kind to others and give respect when respect is given. Mmmmmm I think I have a good self-esteem!!!
Yes all of us in this world have flaws and weaknesses.. If you believe you don't then your in a dream world or denial.
I have watched healthy runners, health fanatics, vegans etc... Die before me or fell ill for sickness from everyday normal living. At least I admit to what is my flaw..!!
It amazes me how if you met me never knew I smoked and was the greatest person in the world to you or others but one day you see me smoke. You hightail it and run for the hills SAD!!
That is why I treat those that don't judge and make presumptions with the most respect and generosity of my heart and mind.

Ooohhh. I know it's the holidays, Mr. or Mrs. or Ms. USCIS adjudicator at the VSC, and I know you are working your poor fingers to the bone, and I know you're not paid enough to do all that you do, BUT I sure would be ever so grateful if you could see your way to my file, which is there somewhere, and send me an NOA2 for Christmas. I love the USCIS. They are the most efficient, diligent, compassionate lot in the whole world.
Hey, if it worked for you I figured I might as well lay it on thick!

then move out and let them on their own. there is nothing to save if your husband cant stand by your side to protect you from being slaved & used. if he even care or love you, he would be so concern of what you feel. and looks to me he doesnt care at all. all he wants is for you t be there and feed him and his daugther and have you pay their bills. i know this sound harsh and it hurts but theres nothing painful than what youre going thru right now. think of your self and your young kids that still depending on you. you have to stand up for them and be strong for them.
