    Not a K-1. You need to wait for the NVC to send your case to Manila COnsulate they will schedule your interview and you can go from there for your medical exam date.

    lol im confused now... so i have to wait for USEM to schedule my interview before paying visa app. and then I can proceed for my medical is that what your saying? :)

    I agree with wally greene, u should call the NVC to update ur case and ask for ur MN#

    i have my MNL# already :)

    AOS and IV Bill at the same time?

    Our AOS showed paid on Monday and hubby preparing for the I-864 AOS package to be sent in few days or so coz he is really busy during weekdays and today we got an email from NVC stating AIVF, is it ok if we pay the IV bill even if they haven't receive yet our AOS package? just wndering. :)

    My husband and I got married in February 16, 2012. My question is, if my husband file I-130, does he need to attach all the documents specified in the instructions form I-130 Petition???

    Please, I need some answer.

    yes they will send you an emails containing forms and instructions on what to do next.

    if you are using an attorney or agent or whoever will represent in your wife's behalf then you should put that in your DS3032 or choice of agent

    yes you can call them everyday but give them at least a week before trying to get your case#... good luck! :D

    I wish I got mine as fast as u did. I keep getting told to wait and wait so long

    yeah i am so overwhelm by all of these, now everything seems moving too fast all the wait are all worth it Thank God! :thumbs: ... and just keep calling the NVC good luck and God bless! :)

    If you sent the 3032 by email, then you should have received an immediate "Auto Response" email saying something like, "Dear Sir/Madam:Thank you for your recent inquiry to the National Visa Center (NVC). This e-mail is an auto response. Please do not respond....." If you got this, then you do not need to send again. I received the same two emails and like yourself, I already sent the 3032 and I did not resend it a second time. No problems.

    Of course, if you desire, you can always call NVC to double check your designated agents.

    hi yeah i received email like that when i sent DS3032, so i guess i will not resend it again...it was a lil slow on USCIS stage but its quiet fast from the time i got NOA2 till my petition finally reached NVC all the wait are all worth it and I give back all the glory to God! :)

    ook i got 2 emails from NVC 1. containing the POASF and 2. stating our NVC#, Invoice ID# and Beneficiary ID#, and it comes with a DS3032 form but i have already emailed them my DS3032 2 days ago do i need to resend DS3032 again? :)

    after getting the MNL case # and IIN whats next?

    Do not wait for NVC to forward your case to USEM, when your fiance gets notified by email or text message the K-1 has been approved, give USCIS several days to transfer the case to NVC. Then have your fiance call NVC to get the MNL# -- then follow the instructions I posted click here in post #7.

    wow so even for us CR1 can do that advance scheduling of appointment for medical and USEM interview? in my case i just had ds3032 sent to them then still waiting for the next steps to proceed for NVC stage.

    how long does it take to get my case number. nvc got my case on the 12 of march and as of this date nothing. y is it taking so long

    just keep calling my hubby called them Monday then told him no case number yet but then i tried calling them today then there i have it case # and IIN... yayyyy im getting more excited now! :dance:
