My lady bug had her 2 month check up...weighing in at 9lbs 8oz and 20.25 inches long...go lady bug...do your thing...such progress on her part...Mammy loves you

Hi...how are you doing? The grand baby, Alana, is great...I had her overnight this past Saturday...Not to bad...she probably slept more than I did...lol. My other grand...Alexys (7yrs) lives with me. So she enjoyed having her "sissy" there with her. How are you doing? I always keep you in my prayers.

Hello...I have not added any updates in a while. Well, Ambrose got his drivers license on 8/10 and is still working. The biggest, most recent news is the birth of my second grand daughter...Welcome Alana Aaliyah...born 8/30/12...10:32pm...4lbs 10oz...18in...she is my lil lady bug...i call her that because lady bugs are supposed to be good luck and when she and her mom came home on Saturday, there was a lady bug in my house...

We are doing ok. My husband is having some difficutly adjusting to America and America lifestyle...meaning...jobs are hard to find and don't pay much money. My husband is used to making real good money. He had his own business that he closed to come here. Now he is working at Walmart and you know how the pay is there...He is not happy at all...so we may have to make some changes soon...

My husband got a job....yaaayyyy...after only less than 3 months of being here...he started this past Friday...

My husband passed his written test for drivers permit...yay...now on to the 5 hour pre licensing course tomorrow...

Thank you. We are doing well. Taking things a day at a time. He is going crazy til he can find work, but that will come to pass...I love my husband and we are still adjusting to each other...I pray to God every day that the next day is better than the day before...

yea...he kno's that there is not money for travel...that is his only worry...he kno's in his heart that she lived a good long life...i am supporting him...he says he is fine...we will see...

Green card arrived in mail on Tuesday, May 29...only 26 days after his arrival...everything from the beginning with the I-130 has went along so quickly with no mishaps...the longest waiting period was from interview approval til POE...God is Good

and we do not have the money for him to travel for the buriel. I feel your pain here and my husband is here with me...keep your head up and put it all in Gods hands as he is the merciful and almighty...he will bring your husband through all of these trials and tribulations...God Bless...

I am very sorry to hear that your husbands grandmother passed away. How ironic, my husband just arrived here on may 3 and less than a week later he received news that his grandmother (117 yrs old) fell into a coma. I just spoke to my inlaw yesterday and found out that his grandmother died last week and my husband does not even know yet. everyone is afraid to tell him as he is very close to her

Thank you for the Blessings...things are going well...stuggling at times to adjust and understand each other better...but am just praying for understanding and patience for the both of us...

My husband has a friend here...that is how I met him...so his friend has two jobs and is trying to see if he can get my Prince a job there with him. I pray that he can...something is better than nothing...we will work on his resume this week...and now that he has received his SS card, we can open a joint account together...gotta get business taken care of...

We received Prince's Social Security card in the mail yesterday...May 14...only 11 days after his arrival...That was very fast considering all the posts I have read...God Bless

Today marks 5 days since my hubby's arrival...it still seems like a dream..we have had a long journey...but now is when the real journey begins...living the married life together in one household...I pray that what ever trials and tribulations that we endure that our love is strong enough to conquer...it is God that put us together so I have faith that it will also be God that will keep us together for life....

good afternoon mrs aya820...yes my hubby arrived safely...every flight that he had arrived early...he was aleady outside our local airport with his luggage as i pulled in the airport...haha...things are going well...POE was smooth and simple...only a few questions...no hold up...he said all the immigration officers as well as customs workers kept telling him how good that he looked...haha
