It really depends on time of your appointment and the particular center. My wife's was at 11:30 am, and it took her about 30 mintues from arriving to leaving.
Others have stated that they waited longer than 2hours.

In Florida, you can not get a copy notarized if a certfied copy is also attainable. Florida Statue 117.05(12)
I believe other states have a similar rule.
Therefore, you will not be able to the Marriage Certificate or the birth certificate notarized, because you can get certified copies of those from the issuing Authority.
It would be impossible for those of us in Florida to get the copies notarized if the USCIS required it. Therefore, I do not think they will reject the documents if they are not notarized.

Hey Gatorfan
Did you receive any notification that your case had even been transferred to Orlando? I am trying to figure out if I can expect to hear anything between receiving the NOA and getting my interview letter. I keep checking the online case status and even though my case is touched the message is never updated. Did your message change?
Thanks
We never received anything that the case was transferred. My on-line status has not changed, and touch date is still the same. I noticed the interview letter came from the MSC in Lee Summit, MO.
I believe just like with the Biometrics, the MSC schedules the interview and this is not recorded in the USCIS system.

My wife received notice on Saturday that her interview is scheduled for September 12.
This is good news, especialy since the Processing times jumped back from November 2005 to October 2004 in the lastest update.
