per nvc aos received 7/6/13 still to be reviewed, ds3032 recd but will be reviewed 6-10 days.. moving fwd slowly but surely

AOS 864 mailed now waiting for DS3032 acceptance and IV invoice... soooooo close!! would be wonderful to get everything to NVC by my anniversary so we can just relax and wait for interview assignment

Just rec'd email from NVC research that they just recently got our case and we need to allow 6-8 weeks, thank god I booked my ticket regardless of where my case is at..

Rec'd response from senatorial inquiry, approved application is is in the process of being transferred to NVC.. really ? How long does it take to transfer a file?

no NVC# yet but planning 1st wedding anniversary trip in september cuz life must go on!!!

NOA2!!!!!!! this morning was waking up in New Delhi and super depressed about leaving in 3 more days and I get a text 5 am saying to check case status and BAM!!! there is it it was approved yesterday!!! now I can leave and not feel so bad!!!!!!

Email from USCIS, petitions for local chicago office are processing at 5 months and since my application is 4 months and 3 weeks they still are within range... bologna... anyhow we'll see if the senator gets same answer..

cancelled info pass recd letter from senator that they have opened a case inquiry and for me to allow 30-60days... So i figure if the senator has made an inquiry I can wait until the 30-60 days and then it will be 6-7 months and I think that will be the end of my patience.
