      Now you need to track your petition and see when it was sent to your Consulate in Phillipines. The consulate, after a week, will send you the instructions in an envelope.

      It was sent last Aug 22. I got the NVC Case Number and am planning to pay tomorrow and sked for an appointment the day after. Is this even possible? :) Thank you!
