Hi Ms Darnell:
Finally Visa on Hand.
So I would like to ask, the visa expire date is Feb 2015. My medical exam took on AUG 18 2014.
We are planning to travel to USA in Jan 2014. Is that sounds OK?
-
Hi Ms Darnell:
My wife already interviewed and got a conditional approved, need me submit the original I-864EZ with my signature. I already worked on it. Visa should be Ok after I submitted the missing documents.
I would like to ask. How I can extend my Visa Valid date. My wife wanna stay till Next Chinese new year since our baby is too small to travel. If the visa issue in Sep 1 2014, how I can extend the visa valid date till next Chinese new year ? Please advised. Thank you so much.

Hi Darnell:
NVC say my old reaffirmed case has been sent back to Embassy. When I check the application status for this case. It shows " Administraive Processing"
How long does this take? I think only have AP after an interview?
-
Hi Darnell:
Thanks for your reply. Call in NVC, The Supervior always not available. The agent tell me the old case is going thourgh " Necessary administrative process". New case is suffering from the delay as everyone else.
Do you have a idea how long this administrative process take normally?

Hi Darnell:
My story has been updated. Only Ms Darnell may remember my story. So I didn't write it properly. Sorry guys,
#1 My old I-130 has been reaffirmed. (Got the notice. They said they going to send it back to Department of state, it means NVC )
#2 My new I-130 is in processing ( In NVC,now, already pay AOS fee, can't pay the IV fee yet, got the notice from NVC has 60 days to review ds-261)
#3 Here is my question,
When I enter my old case number into the Cest.state gov website. I am able to sign in and see both AOS AND IV fee had been paid (Of coz I paid last time)
I am able to fill out the DS-260 form through the website. (I finished the DS-260 form) and I saw the "current processing site is " guangzhou" ( My new case show current processing site is "nvc")
Does that mean they actually already working on reaffirm case? Please advised. I appreciate your help.

Hi Darnell"
I wonder if you see my post. Please try to advised if you have free time. Thank you.

Hi Darnell:
If you received this reply, please try to help me.
#1 My New I-130 has been approved, has been transfer into NVC. Waiting for the Inovice number.
#2 My Old I-130 which got denied has new update, May 24 I got my NOIR, they want me to get evidence to prove my marriage is valid.
#3 My question is, How to deal with this situation? I know I will keep going with the New I-130, but NVC got my case on MAY 17, still no Invoice number yet, is it because the OLD I-130 affecting the new case? Or just NVC being slow these time?
#4 I am still prepareing the evidence for My old i-130 with NOIR also, In your opinion, should I state that I already approved the new I-130 and just show them more solid evidence?
Please advised. Thank you so much.

No one could help me with that response from USCIS.
Not even Marc Ellies. He just told me no case like my case, he can't not advised on this one also.
I feel funny for this world now.

Hi Darnell:
Any information on my response? Please advised. Thank you.

Hi Everyone:
Just file my I-130 last Thursday. At the same time I always e-quest for my old I-130, here is the response from USCIS.
"We have place your case on a processing hold because the required security checks remain pending. Until we received the results of these security checks, we cannot move forward on your case. We require the results of security checks before we make a decision on any pending case"
Do you guys know what probally "required security checks remain pending" mean for over 2 years of after my denied I-130? Please advised. Thank you.

Hi Darnell:
"what they were" I think the piece is my Denied I-130. I will re-file a new I-130. The thing is how USCIS consider a new-130 while there is pending old I-130 either NOIR or reaffirm?
-
Hi Darnell:
She said yes. There are returning mail pieces back to USCIS. Please help me.
-
Hi Darnell?
Am I not asking the right question? I asked her, she check the computer said my case back to vermont Center.
-
Hi Darnell:
I just called the Tier2 human in USCIS. She confirmed that my case is in Veromont Center still processing.
I asked her if I re-file I-130 she said depend on the officer think if the officer accept my new I-130 with more evidence or they going to pull out our old case to see if reaffirm or NOIR which makes sense. So I would like to ask you what your suggestion next? Thank you.
Am I not asking the tier 2 right questions?

Hi Darnell:
I understand the old topic. That's why I did not re-file I-130 at that time. I actually do not get a very "critical" opinion from Mr Marc. He give me an answer that I think I have no chance but wait. Eventually he said you better re-file since I asked him again why takes that long to wait for N-14 or reaffirm.
So, Could you help me with my questions. Ms Darnell please??
-
I mean I can go back to China live for 6 months for doing DCF, but the thing I have a pre-deny I-130 on hand. So I am wondering.
-
Hi Darnell:
By they way, for my case, in chance doing as DCF??
-
Hi Darnell:
Thank you for remember me. I would like to ask you base in your knowledge and experience .
#1 How do USCIS going to do once you are waiting N-14 or reactive the case and re-apply I-130 at the same time? Are they going to consider me as new Peition or acutally will denied my application since there is no decision make for the last application?
#2 yes, after denial, I still make trips to China, and actually just finished the wedding with my wife because last time I only get the certificate with her.
#3 nothing big changed with my filied i-130. I do have better income right now. still very low, 30k/year. It's enough to no need co-sponor for my wife?>
#4 How can I do EP in NVC but before re-file I-130.
#5 I am going to read the old forum.
#6 I only have the certificate of marriage for our evidence along with the wedding picture and video. I do not have like Joint proberty or bank account.
Thank you for your help. Darnell.
